All of the staff at Riad Anya were genuinely amazing. They could never do enough for you and even made me some special herbal tea at 11pm when arriving with a very unsettled stomach, which helped no end. We booked last minute, having been let down massively by another place, and we're so so glad we swapped. The greenery everywhere was so lovely and the choices of where to sit around the riad were wide and varied. The rooftop terrace is well laid out, again with lots of choice for seating/laying out in the sun or staying shaded. The food was fantastic too. All in all, there's nothing really to criticise.

The young and super friendly team was very helpful and did everything to make us feel welcome and like at home! Such a beautiful Riad and the from the rooftop we got a beautiful sunset and enjoyed the green surroundings, so you don't feel like in the middle of a big city, even though it's only a 10' walk to the main square. We also enjoyed the whirlpool on the rooftop terrace!

Gorgeous place, exactly as described and as you see in the pictures. Friendly staff. Super varied and good breakfast. Good location.

Very welcoming accommodation. Staff were brilliant and very accommodating. Room was great but a bit dark. Breakfasts and dinners were really nice, and the hospitality by all staff was very warm and welcoming.

The room was very comfortable. Mustafa and his team took very good care of us. The assistant manager, Mohammad, made us feel at home and often repeated, "this is your home" :-) We are grateful to the team for their care and hospitality. We had dinner one night at the Riad and enjoyed the food -a three course meal that had a artichoke and beef tagine and a vegetarian option for our daughter. It was one of the best Moroccan meals we had during our 10 day stay in Morocco.

The property was great, a traditional riad with exceptional styling - plenty to gander at accompanied by the sweet singing of the local little birds! There is a family style eating room on the ground floor where you can have breakfast and dinner or you can opt to have breakfast on the terrace, which is lovely. The terrace itself has plenty of lounging space and a hot tub too. I would like to also highlight the best thing about the riad, which is the staff. Particularly the evening shift team who go the extra mile to make you feel at home and well looked after. A big thank you to Mustafa and Walid for their kindness and hospitality. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Everyone working there was so engaged, helpful and authentic. Absolutely special place. I’ve never experienced this amount of kindness and respect at any Danish hotel ever. Maybe no where in EU. We loved staying there for 4 nights. Great location 15 min walk from the busy part of the city.

We have had a fantastic stay at Riad Anya! The family run Riad is such an oasis. The roof terrace has lots of space to relax throughout the day. There's not much in the surrounding streets between the Riad and the Medina, but we felt safe wandering. Always taxi's near by if you needed to grab one, and easily walkable to the Medina. We walked day and night. The breakfast at the Riad was freshly prepared each day, with great coffee! The room we had was lovely and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone to stay here, I will certainly return!
