The staff were brilliant really friendly and so helpful in every way they made our stay a pleasure. The Riad is a little paradise behind a door beautifully decorated in a tradtional theme. It was lovely to be able to have a cold dip in the pool after a hot day at the Souks.

It’s beautiful, it’s clean, the staff are amazing and are so very welcoming. Breakfast is unreal different everyday and so much to look forward to. Location is excellent too. We have had the best time and mainly because we’ve been so well looked after here. We could not recommend this enough 💚💚

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The girls behind the reception saved Annas ( a real sweetie) who served us tea on arrival. The breakfast wasn’t bad and when we told them that we’d like play in natural yogurt it wasn’t too much trouble.

Everything , In the heart of everything but tucked away enough that you could enjoy a peaceful night. Ghizlane you are amazing. She went beyond for us booking some great restaurants, sorting out our taxis even making my husband a birthday cake. All the guys were amazing. Breakfast is amazing the pool was lovely, our room was perfect. We had a family room but it literally was two rooms with a cute door between with two bathrooms.. I definitely recommend room 15 if you have children with you.

We had the most incredible stay here for my 50th birthday, it truly felt like a dream from start to finish. From the moment we booked, Ghizlane was so helpful, giving us great advice on taxis, restaurants and where to explore, which made everything feel effortless and safe. When we arrived, every single member of staff was just wonderful, warm, kind, and genuinely attentive. The hotel itself is beautifully run, with stunning rooms and such thoughtful touches; rose npetals on the bed, swan-shaped towels, and even a surprise birthdayi cake with the team singing, which was so special. Ghizlane and Ahlam both deserve a special mention for their attention to detail and kindness throughout our stay. We felt completely looked after the entire time and honestly couldn’t recommend this place more. Such a special experience. We loved it and we’ll definitely be back ✨

Breakfast was a genuine bright spot and deserves full credit — generous, well-presented, and a lovely way to begin the morning. On arrival, the staff greeted us warmly, meeting us promptly from our airport shuttle and guiding us through to the property. A charming enough first impression that hinted at the riad experience we had hoped for.

The breakfast was lovely (though perhaps a bit more variety would be good). The staff were superb - really kept us right. They were so friendly and warm and full of good information. The ambience in the hotel was lovely - a great spot to return to in between outings. They organised trips etc but you never felt forced into anything. Overall we loved it!

Beautiful atrium, light and airy. Superb dining area at the top of the property where a delicious breakfast is served. Staff are wonderful- polite, respectful and friendly. Lovely rooftop pool and sun terrace. Warm room (February) with climate control. Wonderfully deep comfortable bed. Huge walk-in shower with lashings of hot water!

Very helpfull staff, always willing to help and to make the experience seamless. The staff was able to solve our problems, but it took 2 nights... Hotel location is very good, not in the middle of the noisy area, but just a few steps away.

The riad is beautiful,and a quiet oasis a moment away from the craziness of the medina. The rooftop is just wonderful and the breakfast is fresh, healthy and so tasty. Bed was so comfy

Beautyful Riad, inspiring and authentic. Pictures of the lobby and terrace do not do it justice. Lovely and very peaceful terrace for breakfast and lunch/dinner/ hang out. Everything is newly renovated and clean. Team and management are taking very good care of everyone. We used the spa twice and loved the team there as well. Location is dead central, entrance is a charming a adventurous back street, love it and felt safe all the time. Lobby staffed 24/7 to welcome us back home every time...
