The setting and our Suite were fabulous. The Staff were amazing and very attentive. A special thanks to: Nasser and his lovely wife; Mohamed the junior manager who was very personable and always dressed very well; the Barman (injured his hand but still worked hard)( the guys looking after the Pool & Gardens; and All of the Cleaning & Room service Staff. Thank you for a relaxing stay x

“Hidden Gem in The Palmarie”

5 stars As the owners of a luxe AirBnB you can imagine we have a long list of non-negotiables when selecting accommodation for our annual sisters’ holiday! Palais de Mirage d’Atlas ticked every box. And then some. The property is set amidst beautifully maintained mature gardens and oozes charm. The rooms are exceptional - they must be the largest I’ve ever stayed in - and all have their own unique and authentic style. The food and beverage offering is a perfect mix of local and western - something to suit everyone’s tastes. And not all hotels serve alcohol in Morrocco so we were delighted to be able to enjoy our ‘apero’ every evening before dinner and sup wine into the evening. The staff didn’t even mind that we asked for a portion of ice with every glass… just one of our quirks they catered to. Which leads me nicely onto the staff. They are all fantastic and very professional. From the restaurant and bar staff, to the pool guys, the sweet room attendants and the team at reception - everyone delivers a high level of service. NB - as further testament to our review, we stayed 4 nights here initially before transferring to a Riad in the Medina for the second part of our week. We kept comparing the Riad and after one night there we came back to Palais Mirage d’Atlas! We felt like we had come home when we checked back in, and were warmly welcomed like family by all the staff. We will be back! This is now on our Go-to list of holiday options and I plan to bring my husband next month. 💙🩵💛

Staff are so friendly and helpful

The hotel was very clean and the heated swimming pool was a big plus since the weather was not the warmest. The breakfast was good.

All the staff seem lovely people. The pool is lovely, or would be, but they sell ‘day passes’ to anyone so on a nice day it’s too busy with randoms taking the best beds Rooms are lovely

The pool area looks nice at first glance, and the bedroom is visually appealing. Two staff members stood out positively—a receptionist and one person by the pool were kind and helpful.

Firstly, check in was quite pleasant, and we got Moroccan tea delivered to our room as we arrived late and wanted a hot drink. The room itself was beautiful, and had climate control. The communal pool is rather nice and it is heated. We were provided with beach towels at no extra cost. Room cleaning service was perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, and their courtyard smells amazing with lemon and orange trees. We did not experience the spa ourselves but heard good reviews from those who did. However, the prices are much cheaper in the centre compared to the hotel. Overall, the hotel is a beautiful place. The main point of improvement would be if the staff were kinder and more approachable.

“Very enjoyable stay”

A lovely hotel approx 5 miles from the centre. Good sized pool and tropical gardens with plenty of sun loungers. My suite was large with a bath and shower. Breakfast good. I ate dinner at the hotel every night. Varied menu consisting pasta, burgers and authentic Moroccan dishes and reasonably priced. I very much enjoyed my stay.

A beautiful hotel, heated pool, sweedish (good and tasty) breakfast and a la carte dinner. We loked the food at the restaurant except one soup, big portions. The service was good and the staff is very kind, the garden is beautiful. With a car is not far from the city, for us it was perfect, because we wanted tranquility and we had a car. Also the heating in the rooms was very good and the pool temperature was perfect.

The staff where so friendly and helpful, the heated pool was great and a must, as it wasn’t that sunny early in the season. It is a tranquil spot. The food was of a good quality and reasonable price. There was an ok breakfast with hot food available if you asked.

Breakfast was excellent and a great start to the day. The room was comfortable, and the location was very convenient, close to both the pool and the restaurant. The area itself was also very quiet, which we really appreciated. The staff were consistently kind and friendly.
