Overview
Set in 20 Hectares, Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech is overlooking the Atlas Mountains and set in Marrakech. It is located 10 minutes' drive from Jemaa El Fna square. The accommodation features 54 private villas with Berber – Arabic style, swimming pools & hot tubs. It includes 9 suites which 7 feature rooftop plunge pool. All units feature a seating area where you can relax. You will find a coffee machine and a kettle in the room. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player are provided. Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech offers several restaurants and bars. The spa and wellness center includes a Hammam, hot tub, indoor pool and massage sessions. Where do I begin! The villas were amazing and spacious. The service exceptional. Housekeeping kept the villa immaculate. The staff went above and beyond at all times. There is nowhere in Marrakech I would have rather stayed.

My husband and I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech to celebrate a special birthday, and the experience was exceptional in every respect. The service provided by the staff was truly outstanding; team members consistently went out of their way to ensure the stay was comfortable and memorable. The villa was exceptionally spacious, immaculate, and beautifully maintained. Bougainvilleas cascading down the walls and fragrant jasmine vines created a particularly elegant atmosphere. The pool was slightly cold for this time of year, while the jacuzzi was well heated and very comfortable. The room itself was spotless and well appointed, with no faults to note. The Spa was excellent. Particular appreciation goes to AbdulSamad, whose thoughtful and attentive support was invaluable. The concierge team also provided excellent recommendations, greatly enhancing the overall experience.

Breakfast was excellent a lot of choice including a la carte, attentive service. Suite of incredible size and design, wonderful gardens and cosy swimming pool. Chinese restaurant Ling Ling was delightful.

“An amazing experience - superb!”
An amazing experience. An all-villa hotel. The villas are superbly appointed with private swimming pool and jacuzzi. Staff are uber-friendly, food and facilities are great. One of the best bits is you get a private WhatsApp channel to your very own butler! The hotel is very green and back to nature; super relaxing.

“Terribile Experience”
This hotel is a major disappointment compared to the prestigious brand it represents. Despite being advertised as a five-star luxury establishment, the services provided are highly inadequate: the staff is inefficient and disorganized, waiting times are excessively long, and cleanliness is severely lacking, with dust and dirt everywhere. The food quality in both restaurants is unsatisfactory, and the hotel’s location is extremely inconvenient—far from the center of Marrakech and surrounded by piles of garbage. The spa is equally disappointing, with cold water both in the pool and in the suite I stayed in, while the massages and treatments are rushed and performed by underqualified therapists. Furthermore, the presence of animals everywhere, including in the spa and restaurants, further worsens the experience, highlighting the poor hygiene and lack of attention to cleanliness. Sorry I do not recommend this hotel at all.

“I didn't get what I paid for”
More than 6,800 € was taken from me, they wanted to take money again during the check-in and check-out process. The money I paid, around 7,500 €, was on authorization, they would charge me again, the other amount would be transferred to my account after 5 days, they made us experience a joke day, they ruined our holiday.
