“Everything was like a dream again”

"Unforgettable stay in the heart of Marrakech! 🌟 We had the pleasure of staying in this stunning apartment, and it exceeded all our expectations. The cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch, and the spacious rooms were incredibly cozy. But the real highlight was the breathtaking view of the Koutoubia Mosque from the terrace - it was like having a private show every morning and evening! The location was perfect, with the famous Safran nightclub just across the street, providing the most enchanting live music that filled the air without disturbing our sleep (thanks to the soundproof windows!). Äicha, the lovely housekeeper, spoiled us with delicious Moroccan breakfasts, and her warmth made us feel right at home. The rooftop heated jacuzzi was the perfect spot to unwind, no matter the season. The host was super responsive and always there to help. We can't fault a thing - this apartment is a gem in Marrakech. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Perfect location, 8 min to the main square, where " The Suc" is located. 5 min to the Mosque . Amazing terrace. Recommend it. Very polite host and Aisha is good cooker.

Everything. Pascal, the owner communicated very well with us, and sent us detailed information about the house and the area. Very helpful. The house keeper, Aïcha, keeps everything in tip top order. And prepared a delicious Couscous Royale for us. Highly recommended. The whole duplex is tastefully furnished, with wonderful art on the walls. It is a pleasure to stay there.

LE 21 is great. Everything was as expected and as shown in the pictures. Extremely comfortable and cozy place to stay in Marrakech. One feels like at home all the time. Pascal was always reachable by WhatsApp for questions and support. We had a great stay and we would stay again if we come back to Marrakech. Aicha, the lady taking care of us was very friendly and taking care of our needs.

A beautiful, stylish and spacious house with nice terraces and a shaded jacuzzi. The best and simplest room safe I’ve seen and very good and easy to use air conditioning in the bedrooms- handy to block any noise.

Would highly recommend. The owner is very helpful and the location is great. And in better weather the roof terrace would have been perfect for a break away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. Just very friendly and very easy and very safe place to stay.

Excellent location , fantastic hosts & manager, awesome house , this place has everything you would need for an amazing trip to Morocco whilst you base yourself in Marrakesh , this for me is one of the best booking.com finds and stays I’ve had the pleasure to experince. Julien & aisha were very professional, polite and made our welcome to the property very chilled and smooth, there was constant communication between Julien and I . we were greeted to some beautiful Moroccan tea and pastries by aisha and todays breakfast was so tasty. thanks guys , I will be back.

“A luxury property, just a few minutes stroll away from the craziness of the Medina.”

I normally keep my reviews and comments brief, but this property and host deserves more. Behind a discrete door from a non- descript street, was a modern, luxury and thoughtfully laid out townhouse. Every conveniance and gadget required, excellent wi fi , plunge pool and good air conditioning. Very large and comfortable for most size parties with open plan living. As for the host, well was outstanding. From restaurant guides to offer to book and even organise tuk tuk transport there. Responded to all queries almost immediateley in a helpful friendly manner. Street parking outside, was as the Morioccan norm paid. However on stating what had paid, the host immediateley stated was too much and then proceeded to berate the parking attendant into giving me a refund. Breakfast was served as part of the package freshly cooked to order by a loveley lady . She even agreed to come in early 5am!! to accomodate our early flight We stay in at least 20-30 properties a year all over the world and can honestly say this was one of our favourites. Back to one line reviews now !!
