Overview
Located in the tourist centre of Marrakech, this luxurious club hotel features 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts and a fitness centre. The spacious rooms feature a balcony and a minibar. The Agdal Medina features a spa including a hammam, hot tub and massages are available upon request. Guest rooms are equipped with a TV with satellite channels. All rooms have a private bathroom including a hairdryer. Guests are welcomed with a bottle of water in the room. Free Wi-Fi access is available in public areas. The restaurant serves Moroccan cuisine and guests can enjoy a drink in the hotel bar. A buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily. Le Pacha nightclub is open from Monday to Friday and the hotel offers a children’s club. Free parking is provided on-site.

This was our fourth stay at the hotel. We continue to return due to it's extremely high standards and courteous staff. We want to say a big thank you to Fouad who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and also Khalil and his colleagues who were on hand at all times. The location is perfect with free shuttle service to the Medina. The choice of food in the restaurant is outstanding and staff very attentive. We opted for a relaxing break and chose a privilege room but the entertainment staff provided ample activities around the other pools. Thank you. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

We really enjoyed the tranquility and the atmosphere around the hotel. The staff were great. Welcoming and giving great service with patience and smile. Facilities are great, the pool, slides, spa, interior pool. Evening entertainment is great, the animation team also. Spacious rooms with balcony, bottled water.

“Not recommended”
We got an upgrade to a suite room which was nice and most of the staff was nice and helpful. Other than that it is an average / outdated all-inclusive resort which we did not like!

“If not for the cockroaches I would have enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a bit tired, the food is equally tired and repeti”
The property is a bit of a mixed bag - it is a very nice setting and has good potential, but things are a bit tired and not as well maintained as they could be. I would say it’s more of a 3-4 star resort, definitely not 5.

“Old outdated hotel. With pour food. But not bad for family”
A lot of beautiful flowers and trees on site. And polite and friendly staff, but half of them poorly speak English. Water in pool is 31C and very good for kids. Girls in kids club are very kind. Night entertainment is also nice
