“Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs - not worth any amount of money you pay.”
Not much was great - rooms were clean to an extent. Our first room had toilet paper that was already half used and then when we moved rooms we didn’t even have any toilet paper.

“Customer service needs significant improvement”
I emailed the venue on several occasions directly and on booking.com but got no response so wasn't able to resolve and issue which ment arriving was stressful. The man on reception was incredibly rude and clearly didn't understand customer service and this ruined our experience. The lady booking tours was so different and made us feel welcomed. We left our luggage on checkout day and when we collected it it was all wet and had just sat by reception despite being told reception were going to move it to left luggage. Def wouldn't return .

“Very disappointed”
They gave us a room next to another room they were renovating.Too much noises of repair going on like banging and drilling as early as 8:00Am in the morning.

“Wonderful”
Breakfast was cool. They can have more variety of fruits, and bread. Otherwise it was good and the staff are very friwndly and hospitable as well as helpful.
