Great shops nearby. Food, grocery, bakery and lots of eateries. You can't go wrong. The buses such as 12/13 and 15 take your straight to Jamael Fena, costing less than a $1. Great experience.

What a gem of an apartment! Our recent stay here was absolutely perfect. The space is beautifully decorated, feels very homely, and had all the amenities we could have asked for. We particularly loved the comfortable living area and the powerful shower after a long day of sightseeing. The communication with the host was seamless from booking to checkout, and the check-in process was smooth and straightforward. The apartment's location was brilliant – quiet enough to relax but close to public transport links that made getting around the city a breeze. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and would not hesitate to book again. Five stars!

Great location - very close to supermarkets, bus stops, and only 20 minutes from the Medina so you can easily take a cheap bus ( 1.6 euros for 4 people) or a taxi.

The apartment was nice, clean, spacious, well equipped, and has a great location. As a family, 2 adults and 2 children, the apartment was ideal for us. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a well equipped kitchen, and a bonus for smokers, a balcony 👍 We enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. Said is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended 👌 .

Overall, it was a great experience and service. Great location with easy access to buses to the Medina area. Clean, spacious and well maintained. Everything was easily arranged and completely stress free. Is a great area with access to a supermarket, shops and restaurants. And a gorgeous bakery across the road! Felt great being central but also outside of the chaos of the main square. Not many tourists about and felt a more authentic experience mixing with local people. Service was amazing. From checking in, to airport collection and drop off, everything went so smoothly. Property owners and team were amazing also. Communication was great and easy to arrange anything we needed. Had a great stay here.

Most of the tiles around the swimming pool are broken and a big health and safety issue, it will be good to have them repaired.

Clean apartment kids liked the pool with fake grass on edge so kids don't slip l. loved the Curved TV and netflix. Many restaurants and shops downstairs. Car park in basement. Big kitchen with all the utensils clean lift secure building with many entrance and exits

The Location was perfect. Walking distance to get to downtown, clean and safe area.

Perfect accommodation in Marrakech on the 3rd floor in a guarded building in a better part of the city. Clean, fragrant and, above all, quiet. It was absolutely quiet there at night, because the rooms have windows facing the courtyard - the atrium. It was fantastic in this noisy city. Not raf from sightseeings. The buses went acording to google navigation, 3 min. bus stop, 2 min Carefour and an excellent pastry shop. The owner was very pleasant, willing and helpful. If you want to go to Marrakech, I recommend staying here. We thank the owner.

Property, location, facilities, price.

The apartment was as expected and great. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. There was a wheelchair for those needing it. There was a playpen for small children. The internet worked really well and did not disappoint. The TV had so many channels and lots of kid friendly choices. The only negative was the website should say that the pool was not open on Mondays because of cleaning. So on our last full day when we wanted to unwind it was closed. The kids were disappointed. Other than that great place.

Very nice apartment. Said collected us at the airport and brought us to a very good value currency exchange. He also brought us to an excellent restaurant with the best salads we have had in Morocco. The apartment was excellent value for money. Very clean and very suitable for a family. Make sure you go up on the roof for an amazing view of Marrakech.

We spent a month in Marrakech, staying in three different lodgings (hotel/riad and airbnb apartments), this one was our favourite of the three.

Phenomenal property, well worth the money. I enjoyed my stay at the property so much I had already began planning my next trip before I left. Said was an excellent host and managed the trip down to every last detail. He ensured everything was taking care of, showed us to the best spots and also made sure we were paying realistic prices.
