The staff made all the difference for our experience. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we've been warmly welcomed by Karima. I made a special request for our honeymoon and what she prepared for us exceeded my expectations. She was so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is so calm and peaceful. Many activities are available and we had a very relaxing time with my husband.

The front-line staff at this hotel are single-handedly maintaining its reputation for friendliness. While the property has significant systemic issues, the majority of the team are amazing individuals who consistently go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a wonderful stay. ​Outstanding Staff Recognition ​Management needs to heavily credit and appreciate the following individuals, who are absolute assets to your establishment: ​The Housekeeping Team: Our room cleaner was incredibly thoughtful. Knowing we woke up late, she would consistently check back at a better time and even laid roses on our bed—a lovely, romantic gesture that my partner and I deeply appreciated. ​Nourdine (Shisha Team): Nourdine is a credit to your hotel. Unlike the general ordering experience at the property, he regularly checked in on everyone to ensure they were happy. After a poor initial experience with other staff, Nourdine's exceptional service single-handedly convinced me to keep ordering every night. ​Baka Abdelali (Dining): After taking the time to get to know us, Baka ensured we had a table waiting for us each night with beer and wine already laid out. He provided a truly premium experience. ​Waheeb (Roni) & Ismayil (Animation Team): These two made our time incredibly memorable. They were friendly, approachable, and offered genuine, authentic perspectives while successfully encouraging guests to participate in daily activities.

The staff were exceptional. They were all very friendly, smiley and seemed to really like one another and to enjoy their work. Special shout out to Karima and Hafida, both awesome female managers who really went above and were so friendly and helpful to us. They even organised a birthday cake for me. They are the real assets to the hotel. Housekeeping especially Salima was also fantastic.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The room with the terrace is gorgeous, better than on the photos. The bed was very big and comfortable. The staff was very nice and welcoming, particularly Chef Nour El Yakine. Knowing that my partner is allergic to cumin, Chef cooked several tajine without cumin, so that we could fully enjoy the Moroccan cuisine, and prepared a dedicated chocolate cake with a candle for my partner’s birthday. Huge thank you to the Chef and the entire team! Definitely recommending this hotel to all our friends and family.

Amazing place to relax. Lots of activity during day. Different variations of food. Vibrant music on background. Daily shuttles to Medina! Hiba was very helpful/ provided an outstanding service.
