“A little private paradise just outside the city”

Such a beautiful little santuary - the perfect place to relax and unwind. Just super chilled out and relaxed pace - especially compared to the chaos of being in the city. The staff are especially lovely, friendly and helpful - they always did their best to accomodate us. The farm is genuinley charming. Really enjoyed being able to roam about and see the animals, spot birds and frogs, track the peacock. There are lots of lovely spaces to just sit and unwind - in the sun or the shade. Lovely gardens full of lavinder and grasses and sunflowers. The food was really great - especially enjoyed the chicken pastille (so much better than the one we tried in the town). The breakfast is pretty much everything you need to start the day - fruit, orange juice, breads and pancake with jame and honey, and a choice of how you would like your eggs. Our room had a small private garden out the back which was extra nice - so we could have some privacy if we wanted. But equally the hotel is so small that youre not dealing with the hustle and bustle you get in larger complexes - its a small handful of people around the pool/ at dinner which made for a really relaxed atmosphere. The rooms themselves have everything you need (apart from a kettle - but i dont know if thats just a british thing from drinking too much tea?). The beds are really comfortable - slept exceptionally well. And would absolutely reccomend the massage if youre looking to treat yourself - just generally a really relaxing and effective treatment. I felt great afterwards.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. The quiet location made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The entire atmosphere and ambiance of the hotel were beautiful and very welcoming. What made our stay especially memorable was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who always made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The food was also excellent — fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again.

“A beautiful oasis of calm just outside Marrakech”

La Ferme El Dar is a truly special boutique property — perfect if you want to relax after the intensity of Marrakech. It is located about 20 minutes from the medina, and the hotel can arrange taxis to/from the airport or city centre, which makes everything very convenient. The place itself is beautifully designed: interesting architecture, a large swimming pool, a huge garden, several relaxation areas, a vegetable and herb garden, fields, flowers, and animals such as goats, sheep, donkeys, horses and chickens. It feels like a mix between a boutique hotel, an elegant farm stay and a peaceful retreat. The atmosphere is calm and premium, but not stiff or pretentious. We especially enjoyed being able to walk around the spacious grounds after breakfast or dinner. The food available at the hotel was also excellent — quite expensive by Moroccan standards, but in our opinion worth the price. In the evening there was soft, relaxing music, and during the day there was no intrusive music by the pool, which we really appreciated.

Tents were so cute. Pool was stunning & cleaned each day. Lots of places to sit and relax. Food was great Great distance to central Marrakesh

Beautiful setting and lovely food. The hotel let us leave our bag the day before we checked in whilst we climbed Mount Toubkal. Very peaceful surrounded by nature and animals!

Perfect size, only a dozen or so rooms but excellent facilities. Good size pool, plenty of sun beds and seating areas around the property to choose from. Staff extremely helpful when needed. Good food and beautifully kept gardens.

Beautiful and relaxing . The guys working there were the best we had whilst moving around Marrakesh. Loved the chilled music from the restaurant and walking around the grounds. Accommodation was lovely and food was great!!!

Really liked La Ferme El Dar. It was an Oasis just a short ride from downtown Marrakech or the airport. The accommodation was spacious and spotlessly clean. The pool and area was very relaxing and the food was very good, with an extensive menu. Great location to use as a base to visit Marrakech and do day trips. Highly recommend!
