The rooms were nice and clean with very comfortable beds.

The rooms a large and comfortable. Breakfast was great - a large selection / variety including chefs cooking to order. Nice swimming pool. Staff were attentive.

The hotel is a great choice if you don‘t plan to be in the Medina. We stayed there as it‘s close to the airport and provides a pool, good breakfast etc. we can recommend it. The staff was very friendly.

The property is very well located with an excellent breakfast spread.

I would like to commend the great customer service shown by both the hotel staff as well as the manager, Mr Nuruddin. He is able to communicate with customers very well, and is very professional and friendly. His welcoming behaviour really touched my heart and he truly does the best to meet the needs of all guests. We didn’t have any problems whatsoever during our stay at the hotel. Our positive interaction with him has convinced us to return back to Marrakesh another time. The breakfast was excellent, especially sitting near the swimming pool in the open air. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. There is also a designated area where guests can relax on comfy sofas. From the start to the end, the staff make sure that guests feel relaxed and have a great experience.
