“A stay in a quiet area”

Studio-style apartment in a quiet, clean, safe building with permanent four-legged "guard". There is even an electric heater, for the cold nights. It suited us very well. The bed is large and comfortable. The area is quiet, you can rest at night, being on a secondary street and little traffic at night. Khadija brought us new towels on the 3rd day and a breakfast (tea and croissants). Communication with the host, very good and fast. He gave us tips to get around in the crowded and chaotic city. There is a currency exchange office nearby, recommended by the host himself, with a good exchange rate. Carrefour is a 7-8 minute walk away. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the entrance to the medina. Good accommodation! Thank you!

“A very nice, safe place to stay.”

Very comfortable stay in Marrakech. The apartment is about a 30-minute walk from the old city and Jemaa El Fnaa, located in a safe neighborhood. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the essentials. The host was friendly and provided useful information during our stay. The bed was comfortable, and with the shutters making the room fully dark, we had some of our best sleeps!

Great location and neighbourhood – calm and safe, with shops, pharmacies and ATMs nearby. Jemaa el-Fnaa is a 25-minute walk away. The room was very clean and looked exactly like in the pictures. Khadija and Juan were very kind and helpful and we felt very welcome.

The apartment is very well situated in Gueliz, within walking distance to the shopping centre, banks, supermarket, etc., but also within 30 minutes walk from the old city and Jemaa El Fnaa. The airport is near as well. It is very clean, in a peaceful area, and has all the facilities one would need, including air conditioning. There are several nice restaurants nearby. The host offered us a lot of very useful information, both in terms of safety, and also with regards to nice places to eat, finding our way around, etc. I will definitely book again if returning to Marrakesh.

In short we liked everything. This is your perfect holiday place to stay. Fully equipped, everything is in place and working. Neat & Clean. Plenty of restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Posh area of Marrakesh. Khadija was sweetest host who speaks only French. We had a great time. Kept luggage after check out & collected in the evening

We stayed at this property for 2 nights while in Marrakech. location is amazing. Qutubia mosque, Medina and other attractions are easily walkable. khadija, the caretaker is lovely 🙂

Very clean, tidy and beautiful appartment, fully equipped and very cozy. The woman in charge of the appartment, Khadija, was incredibly helpful and full of energy despite the language barrier.

Location. Fine once I had figured out shops and facilities were only a block away in either direction A very warm welcome by the lady with the keys...who eith big smiles showed me all the facilities in the apartment.I was very pleased to get answer to a question from the host and a everything OK after a few days All signs of a host who knows his job.

“Cozy stay”

The apartment was located on first floor (lift available). It was a smallish apartment, but very nicely furnished with adequate space for 2 people. The bed was clean and comfortable. The area was nice, with a few convenience stores and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Juan and Khadija were excellent as hosts. Unfortunately neither of them spoke English, but Juan was very helpful to answer all our queries over WhatsApp using translator. He messaged us detailed guidance on how to reach the apartment and also coordinated for Khadija to wait at the apartment in the evening to hand us over the key for checkin. He also messaged us suggestions on food options available around the apartment. We were happy with our stay overall.
