Blissful one night stay here after a big trek in the mountains. Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful breakfast area and delicious food. Really comfortable bedding and great shower with all the amenities. Lots of great options for restaurants nearby.

Excellent location - just a short cab ride to the Medina and markets but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel is modern and comfortable but with enough traditional Moroccan touches to make it feel unique and welcoming. The staff were all superb; well done 2Ciels you have a fantastic team working for you. The room was very spacious, comfortable and far better than we had expected. We were on 5th floor so could hear the music from the pool bar above us late into the evening but as we had a busy itinerary and were tiring ourselves out it never stopped us from sleeping. The breakfast buffet was exceptional - again the staff serving could not do enough to help and were very welcoming. We did have one evening meal in the main restaurant on the ground floor (Patron de Mer) and whilst that was more expensive than other nearby restaurants it was delicious and the quality of the food was obvious.

Room was modern, spacious and very comfortable - about 30 min walk to the medina and main square, plenty of options nearby for eating out We also used the spa and had two massages which were great - lovely spa area although we used the stairs and ended up at the wrong entrance - be sure to enter on ground floor via reception.
