Overview
This Markham hotel is a 25-minute drive from downtown Toronto and Lester B. Person International Airport. The all-suite hotel offers a full-service spa, on-site dining options and free WiFi. Hilton Suites Toronto-Markham Conference Centre & Spa features a separate living room and bedroom in every spacious suite. Two 32-inch flat-screen TVs and a MP3 docking station are also provided in each suite. Guests at the Markham Hilton Suites can use the modern gym or the 24-hour business centre. A gift shop is also available. The Essence of Unionville restaurant at the Hilton Suites in Markham is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I checked in around 8:00 PM. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The room size was reasonable; however, the floor was noticeably dirty—after walking around, my socks became soiled. When I considered extending my stay, I called the front desk from my room to inquire about the process. Unfortunately, the staff member on duty was unable to provide any information. The only response I received to all my questions was, “I don’t know—you’ll need to call the hotel tomorrow morning,” which was quite disappointing. As a result, I decided not to extend my stay and checked out as scheduled.

“Superb level of service and good location.”
Some of the rooms we booked were unavailable due to maintenance issue so the manager on duty showed us similar options and offered free breakfast.

“A black mark on the Hilton name”
The gym, which is run separately by the Unionville Athletic Club, is a very complete, albeit no frills gym. Great for people serious about getting a good workout in.

“Newly renovated, beautiful but customers are a nuisance.”
Room extra clean, all newly renovated. August 2025, 10th floor still under final renovations so some decor things are missing in the room. Bed very comfortable. Lots of AC outlets. Hotel food is 5 star including breakfast buffet. Room had bar fridge, iron but old fashion tea bag coffee maker.
