The room is on 2nd floor with a giant ventilating fan located a few feets outside the room window. The fan is non stop for whole night and so noise that we could not get asleep. The hotel said no spare room and we need to suffer for a night before we can move to another room the next day after. That room is absolutely not suitable for guest to sleep overnight. The hotel staff said couldn't help and ask me to complain via Booking.com!
