I like everything about this place, clean room Fabiola is kind and patient I recommend this place for anyone who has events in Villa Appia event center, which is a workable distance from the event hall.

“Lovely place with a kind host in a great location for nature and city exploration”
The location is wonderful if you are looking to see Rome but don't want to stay in the city centre. My partner and I do not drive and did not struggle at all to get form A to B as the public transport is wonderful and very cheap! The host was very helpful with this too.

Very friendly host. Good communication about arrival. Fabiola made absolutely an effort to have a good breakfast. The room is very spacious and clean. The B&B is located in a calm neighbourhood.

“Caring and supportive B&B just what you need when visiting Rome.”
Fabiola is a beautiful kind and supportive lady. She helped us every day with our stay. She works extremely hard to ensure her guests are happy and their needs are met. We took our baby and Fabiola was loving and caring to us all like we were family. Highly recommend staying with Fabiola. Bus stop to train station just around the corner from B&B, bus ride 5 mins to train station and train to City Centre 20 mins. When others stay with Fabiola they will feel her kindness and support immediately and you will definitely enjoy your stay in Rome. Thank you Fabiola, we loved being in your home 💕
