The flat was convenient and the swimming pool really nice. Even though it was hot outside, the ceiling fans were enough to keep it comfortable. We didn’t use the air condition. Thanks to the shared barbecues we could sample the really nice products from the nearby butcher. The beach and the nearby Lido are a 10 minute walk. My son enjoyed the view from the second floor.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet until the perhaps 5th day , when a large party arrived and they were extremely noisy, and took over the pool. It was a lovely place, and thank you, Giuseppe , was the perfect host. There's nothing else left to say .

Apartment and the little garden is beautifully decorated. Rooms are clean and cozy and the kitchen is fully equipped including a moka pot ☕️ . The swimming pool is cleaned everyday and well maintained. It provided our kids the great cool off. The house itself is located in a small hill and provides the stunning view of a nearby beach and see. The nearest beach is comfortably reachable by foot even with 3-years old kid. There are plenty of services like pizzeria, caffee, grocery etc. in the vicinity. The host is welcoming and provided us excellent recommendations for trips.

For families and groups this is a comfortable place to stay. The rooms are a little cramped but all of the outdoor facilities are perfect if the weather is good. Nice Terrace overlooking the sea, swimming pool and outdoor Gardens.

Wery nice and good person owner Giuseppe let me and my family spend lovely time in his wila. Wery close to the beach and lovely swimming pool in a garden. Everything was felt very welcoming. Thank you Giuseppe. We definitely be back.

Everything was super for a stay to recharge far from towns near the sea. Beach was nice and long walkings are lovely. Stunning view from room's balcony. Excellent pool and nice garden. Host was super-nice and welcome.

Villa was amazing, very clean, with The wonderful yard and swimming pool, which was cleaned every morning. A real Italian wibe around. Very cozy terrase with a wonderful wiev to palm trees made our breakfasts and dinners more special. Kids Friendly Place. Location near The beach, just 5min on foot. Friendly Italian restaurant near made good pasta. Can't wait get back here.

Great accomodation, and excellent host. Our room was confortable and clean, with all the essentials for the stay. Despite there are multiple rooms, it was quiet at all time (of course depends on the other guests). The swimming pool is a gem and a wonderful solution if one wants to spend the afternoon not going to the beach. The outside space is big and well mantained; it is cleaned every morning and so it is the swimming pool. A great place for families. I wish Giuseppe to realise his plans aimed to make Villa Ceni an even better place for his guests.

“Beautiful place for families”

Villa Ceni is beautiful house with appartments. We had the one in front of the swimming pool and we enjoyed it. It was quiet peacefull place full of sun and amazing views. The swimming pool was perfect, and the stuff cleaned it every morning. We enjoyed also grill and a private parking behind the pool. There is also additional playground. Our appartment had 2 rooms, one bathroom and a kitchen equipped with all necessary things to cook. The rooms were cool so we almost didnt need the air conditioning. Also the owner Giuseppe is a lovely person. He was always there to help and he even gave us a regional wine and olive oil. It is perfect place for couples searching for relax or for families :)

Beautiful villa, very near to the sea. Gorgeous garden with many hidden spots. Swimming pool extremaly clean. Once you get to the outdoor are surrounding the pool you want to stay there forever. We did bbq twice as well which is nice as well. Giuseppe the owner , super lovely, friendly Man picked us up from Castelvetrano and drove us back. Kitchen very well equiped with all you need. But for us the Garden and Swimming pool was a highlite. Greatly design, you feel like in oasis. l definitely recommend. Michal

“Charming view and calm atmosphere”

Absolutely wonderful, authentic villa, nice and clean apartment, stunning view, the garden is beautiful, the pool is nice and clean, we’ve stayed at the middle September, the beach was empty and nice, very nice and friendly neighbours, there was no noise and anxiety. I really liked the host, Giuseppe, easy to connect, open for communication, has a good English and always ready to help with everything. Seems like this is a place to return many times. Graet place, near sea, garden with pool that is cleaned everyday. Giuseppe also notice that our friends kids had a birthday and he give them and beautiful ice-cake.
