“Great calm place to relax, would definitely visit again”

We had an amazing stay, the food was great with large variety and hotel staff very kind and helpful. Would definitely go back. The hotel was so big everyone could find something for themselves. We prefer quiet places with no crowd and loud music - for that you could use the other pool with calmer music or the beach. We were looking for a secluded place to relax and couldnt end up in better place :) wish we could stay longer!

It was an exceptional experience for our family. We stayed at the resort with our 15 months old daughter and a small dog yorkie. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The room was very comfortable and clean. There was a great variety of food in the restaurant and everything was delicious. Our egg allergy requirement was accommodated perfectly as we received regular advice from the kitchen staff. My daughter enjoyed playing in the swimming pool and on the playground, and the staff of the kids club was so kind to play with her. In the evening we had interesting entertaining programmes. We're very grateful for cordial reception and all support our family received. Special thanks to the general manager of the Selinunte Resort Giampiero Marotta for being always friendly and considerate of us!

“An awesome weekend away with friends”

What a fabulous weekend away. From the time we booked in on friday the managers and well-trained staff were attentive, professional and incredibly friendly and welcoming and booking in was swift and smooth.. Care was consistent and the resort put the client first in all areas. Nothing is too much for the staff and they went over and above to make our stay truly enjoyable. Entertainment was top notch and the variety of food incredible. I highly recommend!!!

“A nice stay in a quiet area”

As we stayed off season the hotel was not fully booked and so there was no problem with the sunbeds by the pool or crowds at meal time. Our room was upgraded. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All though it was off season there were still some activities for the guest 2 times a day. The food especially at lunch and dinner was very good although it is not the usual all you can eat buffet but a la carte. Still you will be fully satisfied with your meal :)

The hotel is amazing. The pools, rooms, food and activities are great. The staff were absolutely fantastic. The bar has lots to choose from and the bar staff were super friendly. Honestly just a fantastic hotel to go to relax and have a good time. We had an amazing stay so thank you!

The swimmng pool is beautiful with a palm isalnd in the middle of it.

The food was unparalleled. We booked full board and for every meal they served authentic Italian food. Other food options were also there, but their Italian dishes were really fresh and delicious. The room was small but it had everything you need on a vacation. The bed was really big and comfortable. The garden area was very beautiful to take strolls. The pools were also very nice, specially the one for the kids. Last but not the least they have a very warm and friendly team of staffs.

Location 4km from Selinunte archaeological site and a little bit further from Monte Adranone and Eraclea Minoa.

Breakfast selection was very good, however nothing was covered so on two occasions there were dead flies in the milk and also flies and wasps wandering over the food which was off putting, this was the same for lunch and dinner. Staff were mostly lovely, especially Dario, he really went over and above to look after us which was lovely. The entertainers provide pool classes throughout the day which was great, music was a little too loud, but that’s just my opinion - others enjoyed it.

The only positives were the general cleanliness and the fact that we stayed outside the peak season, so there were no crowds.

Pastries for breakfast were nice, but that's the only nice thing I have to say about the place.

We spent the 25th of April and the rest of the weekend at Mangia’s Selinunte Resort and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Every detail was carefully thought out, making us feel special from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere captured the true essence of Sicily the food was absolutely incredible, full of authentic flavors that made us feel like we were sharing a meal with lifelong friends. The bar was a highlight too, with an especially friendly team who made every moment enjoyable. A special mention to the Calogero Negroni hands down the best Negroni we’ve ever had, crafted with passion and skill like no other. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly warm and welcoming, always with a smile and a kind word and the director Giampiero, as always, was so humble and approachable, making us feel not like guests, but like part of the Mangia’s family. It’s rare to find a place where every little thing is done with such heart and care, we can’t wait to come back! 100% recommended!
