The location is great , on the edge of Marina Di Pisa at the top of the promenade. There is free parking outside on the street and the room overlooks the harbour.

Very beautiful and clean hotel with incredibly friendly reception staff. Our spacious room was spotlessly clean and we reserved a perfect safe parking space behind the hotel in advance. Make sure to enjoy a beer at the open air bar right next to the beach (only 2mins walk away). There's also a supermarket appx. 5mins away by foot. We had to catch the ferry to Corsica next morning and the Livorno ferry terminal is just 15mins away by car – so it's the absolute best hotel if you don't want to have stress to catch the ferry.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very enjoyable experience. The location is very good—quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The reception staff were polite and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The hotel is situated within a short distance of the waterfront, which is a big advantage. My room had a beautiful sea view, and in the evening I could enjoy a stunning sunset. The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It was warm and cozy, even though it was quite cold outside. I would highly recommend this place.

It pretends to be a posh establishment, but it's of poor average quality. The location is nothing special, there are no beaches in the area that are equipped (showers, toilets, lockers...). The facilities are shabby. Renting the kitchen is ridiculous; you just have a screen with a giant lock in your room. The biggest tragedy, however, was the breakfast - practically no options for specific dietary restrictions, a meager selection, and awful coffee.

Great size room with plenty of storage, shelving, parking & a fantastic helpful young lady on reception. Although breakfast not available in low season there is a small ‘bar’ serving coffee& tea etc on site operated by reception staff plus plenty of bars nearby. Very comfortable beds & very clean - great value for money.

“A lovely quiet place to stay with easy access to the town”

All the staff were great. Elena Donatello and also the young man and young girl supervising breakfast. The room was very clean and quite spacious with a kitchenette which was handy. It was also quiet . It was close to a small beach and lots of restaurants and a large supermarket was close. There was a bus service every 30 minutes into central Pisa
