“Lovely apartment and super freindly host”

Very lovely downstairs apartment. We spent 2 weeks at Michele's place with the family and had a wonderful time. Many things we liked there including: garden / good WIFI / lovely beds / aircon + Michele was very helpful even when we had a few glitches in the apartment. We also met some of his family, who live in that apartment + the building Cat (Siri) was very sweet.

Their hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional—from the warm welcome to the complimentary bottle of wine, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The bicycles provided by Michele allowed us to explore the area on two wheels. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making our stay truly relaxing. A special thanks to Patrizia for her thoughtful touches that made our stay even more cozy. You two are the perfect host team! We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking an authentic getaway in harmony with nature and local charm. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay so special!

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The place looked exactly like in the pictures, everything was perfect. It was clean, warm, and well-equipped with plenty of towels, among other things. The host was incredibly kind, always ready to help and offer great advice. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Absolutely beautiful apartment. It has everything you need inside and a lovely garden. The beds are very comfy! It has good links to Pisa and other places from the bus or train. Michele the host is fabulous, very friendly and accommodating. We went with our two year old and he helped us very much to make the holiday alot less stress free. Nothing was a bother! ,Which made us feel very welcome. Thank you! Just becareful of the mosquito! Michele kindly left items in the apartment for these!

“Lovely apartment, nice location and friendly host”

The location is near the sea and with a good bus connection to Pisa and Livorno. The apartment is lovely and the host is very friendly and flexible. We were able to leave our stuff earlier, and on the day of departure the host brought us by car to the airport to catch a very early flight for a reduced rate. I recommend this place.
