I stayed one night at the end of my trip to South East Turkey. The place is comfortable, has amazing views of the Mesopotamian plain, and the personnel are friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially Elif.

The location and cleaning were good.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Mardin. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Old Town, just a short walk from all the main sights and attractions. The service was truly exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, including arranging transportation and making calls on our behalf. The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. A special mention goes to the lovely cleaning lady who did an impeccable job - everything was spotless, and her attention to detail really stood out. Breakfast was also great, with a nice variety of food to choose from each morning. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and authentic, creating a warm atmosphere, it even has 2 terraces to chill on. The overall ambience and the view from the hotel were absolutely stunning. The only downside was that our room didn’t have a window, which made ventilation a bit difficult. The bathroom and toilet seemed to have been added later inside the room, which appears to be common in most similar hotels in the area. On the bright side, the internet connection was excellent throughout our stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mardin.

Breakfast was really good, the view was amazing and location convenient. Room was basic but comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful (don't speak English but not an issue) and overall the price was good for the city.

In general I would give a rating of 5 or 6 maximum. The reason for the rating of 3 is the staff. After arriving at 15:00 in 38 degrees no assistance regarding parking - they offered me the parking next to the hotel for 600 lira per day. Fortunatelly from near hotel helped me and I paid 100 lira per day at another parking 500 meters down. Second I asked for breakfast at 8:00 as advertised, to leave early before it got too hot. However they served it at 8:15, with the excuse that there was no fresh bread, as the bakery was not open. A blatant lie because I saw the bread hanging on the door handle while I waited half an hour for breakfast. They just didn't want getting up earlier. So if business is developing I don't think it will last long. Also the sink is very small and slanted and the water leaks out of it, you can not wash your hands. In addition the gap under the door is very large, so all insect and small mice can enter. See the attach pictures. Think about book this hotel.

The location of this hotel is simply outstanding — the terrace offers a breathtaking view over Mesopotamia. I stayed for four nights as a solo traveller and had a wonderful time. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. Even though not everyone speaks English, communication was never a problem thanks to Google Translate. They organised a lovely day trip for me together with other guests, which was a highlight of my stay. On the day I was leaving, they suggested I take local transport to the main bus station instead of a taxi, saving me 300 TL. I was personally escorted to the bus stop, and the hotel owner kindly waited with me for the right bus and even bought me a bottle of water. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel — not only for its spectacular location, but also for the genuine hospitality that makes you feel truly cared for.

The hotel is in a great location near all amenities. It has a terrace with a stunning view on Mesopotamia. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and fulfilling. The room was cozy and well equipped with stone walls and wooden furniture.

I loved the view from the terrace of the hotel. I liked the comfy bed and the helpful staff ( even though they did not really speak English, only a few sentences, but they resolved what we needed). We loved the breakfast very much.

The staff made our 3 nights stay a memorable one ; making us feel as part of the family, finding solution to every matter. The owner Burak and the manager Aslan as well as the ladies at breakfast and cleaning are going extra mile to comfort the guests .

The property had an amazing view and location! Staff was really kind and helpful! However,the room was, surprisingly for us, without a window which was not clear from the pictures and there was a terrace on the floor and not to the room. There was mold in the room and without a way to ventilate, the air was not good, therefore we slept with the door open,which was not perfect but was ok for us. Maybe in the hot summer days, the smell will not be felt as much. It would be worth it to book a room with a window even if more expensive. Breakfast was delicious and the staff really nice. There was hot water all the time:-)
