“I would not go back again”
The staff where all wonderful, the location also good but this place two mornings has no water to wash or shower also there is no comfort alot of noises. Sleeping was difficult,

Good location, really cosy common areas. The place is beautiful. The room was clean but has no window so no air. The staff were all nice. Breakfast was ok but don't expect to be served at 8:30am. It actually opens at 8:30am and then you have to wait for them to prepare the plates. Also WiFi doesn't work in the rooms but works perfectly in the lobby.

This accommodation was fantastic! The place was beautifully presented and had such a unique charm. Although our room didn’t have a window, staying in a cave style space made it a memorable experience. It was cosy and completely dark, so you could easily sleep in without sunlight streaming through. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the included breakfast was generous and absolutely delicious.

“Beautiful comfortable friendly accomodation with good price-performans ratio”
I stayed here for 6 nights It's a nice oriental furnished stone house, so I lived in a stone room..very special.., good beds, all clean,. 2 karge Lounges, excellent breakfast, and very hospitable helpful staff especially the 2 Ladies!

“A good place to stay in Mardin”
The hotel is just well put together. Everything was really good. Room was esthetic, nice and clean. The breakfast is served in a typical Turkish way and is also tasty. Location of Elyans Konağı is great. It is right in the heart of old Mardin. Around 1 minute walk to the main street and maybe 10 to the bazaar. The price matches the value of that konak.

Good location: I took a Havaș from the airport and the driver dropped me next door And also it's about 10 mins to main square and Mardin Museum Breakfast is just the best, the Turkish one There is AC in room And also amazing terrace with the good view Everything was just perfect

Beautiful room, nice and big breakfast, located in the middle of the old mardin bazaar. Easy access to the shops around, applicable parking space. My miserable only to deal with Google maps, it doesn’t show the right way to the hotel, It brings me to the back small road between the old buildings rather than the main road. Some struggle to find the place until I found the right way. Overall, I’m satisfied with the stay in this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and nice. They have me an upgrade for the first night I stayed there. The location was great, very easy to reach and quite central. The terrace downstairs was beautiful, and the view from the breakfast area was breathtaking.
