“Short stay at a nice hotel”
Hotel central close to the commercial street, not too far from the train station (less than 10min ride by bus). The room was confortable with the basic ammenities. The breakfast was good.

“Rude and rascist staff”
The guy didn’t let me into car park and made me wait 45 mins outside and refuse to open shutter for me and he was very rude. I told him i have booking for the hotel still he refused. I couldn’t even get help from reception because no one was at desk

“Good choice in Marburg”
Good location. It was a bit unusual that B&B was quite far from the train station. Anyway, the central location next door to the Marburg old town was even an advantage. Friendly staff. Clean. Cleaner and prettier than e.g., B&B in Hildesheim.

Staff was exceptionally friendly. Provision of bike room to safely lock up bicycles during the stay. Good breakfast.

The experience is good. Perhaps more instructions at the entrance would be better because sometimes it's confusing to have two self check-in machines at the entrance but there's also counter at the 1st floor. We have the problem with the booking but the staff at the counter is really friendly to solve the problem.
