Located in the heart of Marbella’s charming old town, Pensión Aduar is a 5-minute walk from Marbella's fine beaches. The guest house is set around a traditional Andalusian courtyard. Each room comes with heating and air conditioned, a duvet and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms have shared bathroom facilities, while others have a private bathroom with a hairdryer. “Great location to explore Marbella but overpriced for what you are getting.”
Location is excellent but the accommodation is very basic, i don"t know whether this just a Marbella thing were everything is just overpriced and overrated but not for me.

Great location a few steps from the bars etc. Very clean and friendly staff. Good showers. Nice to have a choice of 2 terraces.

Location was great! Not far from the beach. 10 min walk from bus station. Bathroom in common, basin in the room. Nice place for some nights.
