“We were a group of 24 golfers in single accommodation - The Occidental is perfect for golfers”
I particularly liked the room with its space and modern amenities. The general areas of the hotel are also superb. Breakfast is great and the offering is vast. The pool area is fantastic and its location to all the shops and the marina is superb.

The property was in a very good location. Walkable to most locations if not all quick 10 minute uber to places like Nao or Mogli. The area is busy so safe at night. The hotel it self i would say was quite nice, clean, I had a very nice room overlooking the pool area. Staff were super pleasant no complaints in that area

We paid upfront and had to leave 1 night early as we mixed up the dates, we gave them 2 days notice, enough time for them to fill the room and they wouldn’t give us a refund for the 1 night or were not helpful

No accessories in the bathroom like cotton swabs, shoe cleaner, shower cap, nzil file. This is expected in a 4 star. No milk in the pantry.

The hotel is pretty new and modern, but stylish and not kitch. Very good. Staff and services in general are very ogranise and precise and both rooms and common areas included breakfast are very clean and tidy. Location is also super, at 10 min walking distance to the harbor.
