The location was great. The beach, old town, restaurants were very close. We mainly moved around the city on foot. It was very easy to get around by bus.The hostess's care and quick response were very pleasant. She also gave advice on places to visit. A very pleasant experience.

Even though this was only 3 minutes walk to the beach it was soo quiet and private you could hear a pin drop at night! Very clean apartment with everything you need inside. Has everything that you need included and the hosts were amazing. Thank you Eva and Alfonso will be seeing you again!

1. Location - situated in a perfect location, 5 mins from beach, 10 mins from city center, 1 min to public transport stop. 2. Privacy - property has a private and cozy patio. And it was enough quiet around. 3. Equipment - property is equiped with virtually everything you may need for a comfortable and long stay. 4. Bed - sleep is a very important aspect of any stay. Surprisingly, bed was quite comfortable and I had a very good sleep. 5. Host - I was met by Eva in person, she is a very kind person. I had several questions during the stay and Eva provided a fast and helpful assistance on all of them. 6. Surroundings - in just a couple minutes from the property there are many good options for breakfast/lunch, and small grocery shops. I will definitely choose this property again next time I visit Marbella.

Contact with hosts anytime polite, friendly, available. 👍🏻 Even when I had a problem with the front door, I‘ve got some help by the host very quick. All rooms, kitchen, bathroom and household are very well equiped. Nothing is missing. Cafés, restaurants, shops are all nearby. Café Cripan judt outside from appartement is perfect for breakfast, spanish or continental.

Location is absolutely great, many restaurants, bars, breakfast places just outside the doorstep. The beach is only 300 meters away. The property itself is spotles, exceptionally clean and comes with everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, towels, washing machine, coffee maker, etc. My son and I stayed for 8 nights / 9days and absolutely loved the place. Our host Eva has done an amazing job to make the place look stylish and paid a lot of attention to small details like a tourist map, beach towels and even a beach tennis set! Super fiendly and helpful host, quickly replied to messages and speaks perfect English.

“Perfectly located apartment in Marbella”

We spent an enjoyable week in Marbella in the apartment no. 2, hosted by Eva and Alfonso, who were very receptive, attentive and ready to offer support. They also arranged airport transfer, which was reassuring, since we had an early return flight and almost all Uber cars were unusually late, due to traffic and the August busy holidays period. Check in went quickly and smoothly with the host waiting for us to hand over the keys, after prior messages. Cold water and a couple of beers in the fridge were a nice touch. The apartment is on the ground floor of a tall building, sharing an inner terrace with another apartment and the service room of a laundry business. The apartment is basic, but very spacious, well divided, clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space and all necessary facilities, including a washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is well fitted. The best quality of the premises, however, is its location, close-by to everything of interest in Marbella, that is sea frontline, beaches, shops, restaurants, the old city, parks, etc.

The accomodation is very well located : bakery, supermarket, bus stop, beach, city center. The beds are comfy, the accomodation is spacious and modern. The host is very helpful. The patio is nice to sit outside

The place looks even better than the pictures. The location is quite central but because of the apartments position it’s still quiet and private. The beaches are also close by, pastry shop, fruit shop, everything you could need. We had an amazing stay and out host was wonderful . Hope we can return one day

This is a very good place to stay in Marbella. Location is ideal, close to sea, close to shopping, close to various food facilities. Even close to old town. Appartment is very well equiped, spacious, comfortable. Host is very nice, supportive and very well communicating. We intend to return to Marbella, and definitely to this appartment.

The apartment is perfectly located between the beach front and the old town. The apartment was very clean, modern, more spacious than looked in the photos, and had all the appliances needed. Very good aircon! The hosts were welcoming and very helpful. Would highly recommend.
