The location, the convenience room service & the pool. The women who was in the shop was absolutely lovely. We had a lovely chat about motherhood she was sweet. Apart from pillows it was clean. The fresh omelette at breakfast were so yummy.

Good breakfast (despite hick ups with coffee Machines). Large spacious rooms. Good "rock" Atmosphere. Good staff. Pools looked great (didn't try as weather didn't permit).

Clean, friendly, great location shop right outside with a few bars/ restaurants. Breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve had. Easy to get a taxi and only 5 minute drive to harbour

Beautiful hotel, clean and smells lovely. DJs playing throughout the day it’s like being at a beach club! Swimming pool ideal for me as a nice depth.

Our 3rd year back as a group of girls, and have had a great time each year. Hotel is amazing and staff all very friendly and helpful. Will be booking in again next year

We had a truly luxurious stay at Hard Rock Hotel. The service was of the highest standard, and every member of the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant were exceptional, offering excellent quality and variety. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hard Rock Hotel and hope to return again in the future. Highly recommended!

Breakfast offered a great variety, the staff was helpful and friendly. Excellent location and the pool areas were lovely.

“Not great value for money and leaves you with more to be desired”

The lobby entertainment was alright but left more to be desired. The location is great for La Sala and surrounding restaurants. The pool view rooms were big enough and had a good view. Overall it was ok but nothing special. I did enjoy the casino but it is not owned by Hard Rock which meant different rules but a bit more eased up for hotel guests.

A perfect location for a vacation and I say this because you have everything at your fingertips. The hotel meets all the conditions and you get to experience small passages of music and rock history. The staff is very friendly and able to solve any requirement. Spacious rooms with extremely relaxing beds. The food is very good and they have one of the most beautiful swimming pools in the area. So I repeat, the perfect place for a vacation.
