Jan gave us a warm welcome and the accommodation left nothing to be desired. The house is situated in a quiet, relaxed area just outside Marbella, about 250 metres from the beach and the sea. Our conversations with Jan were very informative and helpful. All our questions were explained to us very clearly and we were given valuable tips on local life, day trips and restaurants. In short, we can highly recommend Hollandaluzas; it feels almost like a family environment and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to meet Eva as well, but who knows – if we ever find ourselves back on the Costa del Sol, I fully intend to ask if there’s a room available. So, thanks again for everything Jan ;-)

The whole property was outstanding. Exceptionally clean and Eva and Jan have thought of absolutely everything to ensure that you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property is walking distance to the beach, supermarket and various restaurants. Eva and Jan are welcoming and amazing hosts who are always on hand for any help and advice.

Beautiful little gem, quiet and calm, adults only. The most friendly and helpful owners, who cared a lot for our stay there. Jan was very helpful when it came to parking spots, sightseeing and so on. The little pool area is so beautiful - sunny in day time and lightened up in the evening. The Honesty Bar (self service) is very pleasent and fair in prices, easy when you need a cold drink or ice cream. Just a small walk to the beach, with good restaurants. There were also several other good restaurants in the neighborhood. We would choose it again.

The friendly atmosphere. Cosy, quiet and close to the beach. Nice and good restaurants in the neighbourhood and at the beach. Not far from the bus stop to take you in to Marbella. Relaxing place with warm, helpful and friendly hosts.

We felt as home there. Place is people and people are place. Owners hospitality are tremendous. Apartment was very comfortable with extraordinary interior design and extremelly well equiped. Private swiming pool was really fantastic. Strongly recommend.

Even more beautiful than the photos! The hosts really enjoy and are caring, which you see in all the thoughtful details. The beautiful pool area is peaceful and sunny, great for relaxing. The neighborhood has all these beautiful spanish houses overflowing with beautiful botanical gardens with tall trees and palms and cactuses The beaches have beautiful soft sand and clear water. The restaurants at the beach are close by had delicious food. Local vibe with friendly service. More than we hoped for, we will be back Rob y Sandy

Extremely calm, quiet location but only minutes walk away from beach and seafront restaurants. Jan was the perfect host, accommodating and great conversation. There is great style and cleanliness of the accommodation. Marbella centre is a short drive or bus away.

Loved the boho vibe, the spacious apartment and the amazing pool. The honesty bar was fabulous as it meant we never needed to visit the supermarket. It was super quiet at night, there was a little bit of noise sometimes from the construction site across the road during the day but mostly it was just a low hum. We went to the beach most days anyway and just loved Nosso beach club which was an easy 10 minute walk. Getting a transfer from Jan was super convenient too and very reasonable. We loved our stay and would recommend anyone thinking about it to book. It looks better in real life than the pictures.

Beautiful, peaceful location with anything you could ever want or need. A short walk from the beach or short drive from Marbella. Jan and Eva were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

“Relaxing weekend”

We loved the location of the property very close to the beach and super quite located in a nice residential street. Our apartment had everything you need to enjoying our staying. We very much appreciated the kitchen well equipped, where we could prepare our breakfast in the morning. Also super handy to have a fridge outside where you can take everything you need from water to snacks.

Couldn't recommend enough fantastic facilities in an ideal location. The hosts were lovely people and were very helpful throughout. Definitely great value for money will be telling my friends to book here
