I really enjoyed the apartment in Puerto Banús. It’s spacious, comfortable, and located in a fantastic area. There are many great restaurants just a few steps away, and the big shopping center El Corte Inglés is also very close. The mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable, and the large terrace with its wonderful view of the sea and yachts was a real highlight. It was a pleasure to watch both the sunrise and the sunset from there. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Do not book this property. I booked this for my elderly parents as i stayed in another apartment around the corner and the difference in service was unbelievable. They chased me to leave a review straight away but then have been billed £975 for a broken fridge clip. They initially sent a bill for £400 but because I disrupted it they have doubled it. They now have said i have to wait 2.5 months to receive my deposit back as the company apparently close for the summer which clearly shows that they are lying. Very disrespectful to deal with, my parents are heartbroken.

We would like to share our experience regarding our recent stay. Check-in was scheduled for 17:00. Although we requested an earlier check-in, it was not granted. When the time had already passed (17:05), we had to contact you ourselves to receive the door code, which was then sent. The apartment is in a beautiful harbor location with a nice view. However, the condition of the interior did not meet expectations — the furniture was old and damaged, and the coffee machine required special capsules that were not available in local stores, making it unusable. The most disturbing issue occurred on the second morning, when a large cockroach (approximately 7 cm) fell from a towel after showering. This seriously affected our comfort and disrupted our holiday. After informing you, a man arrived and placed cockroach traps all over the apartment, which made the situation feel even more unpleasant. We do appreciate that the security deposit was refunded on the same day. We believe that this was helped by the fact that we carefully documented the apartment’s condition via video and shared it at check-out.

The apartment was right in the heart of the port but was still quiet enough to not be disturbed at night. It’s was beautifully decorated really to my standards and the view from the bed of the sunrise on our first morning waking up was breathtaking.

This was perfect for a home base with some sunshine and warmth while I did some work in Europe for a few weeks in late winter, services are conveniently nearby in Puerto Banus, and many of the restaurants around the area stay open all year.

Wow! Where to start! The apartment itself was IMPECCABLE! So clean, neatly organised, decorated and very homely. Quality of everything inside from the towels, the quilts and bedding (Hungarian goose down) to scents was just perfect! The view from the master bedroom - a pure dream, didn’t want to close the curtains once! The location was spot on in the center of the port with all around! I honestly can not wait to return and recommend this to so many others! The host was beyond helpful and caring even when I was unwell the one day - the helpful offers of anything I may have needed was too generous! It’s been an absolute pleasure and really didn’t want to leave 😄

What an absolutely amazing place. I've been coming to Puerto Banus for over 12 years, and this was by far the best place I've stayed to date!!. The owners were a breath of fresh air to deal with. Nothing was too much hassel. Genuinely nice, professional people. If they will have us, I will definitely be returning.
