Breakfast was good and staff was helpful. It was great that there were free washers and dryers for laundry.

Welcoming front desk, very informative. Room was clean and spacious. Ordered room service. It was very good. I have stayed in a few hotels that offer breakfast and this was the best by far. Wonderful selection. Great pool.

The best hotel for relax and good vibes! The bedroom was very comfortable, quiet and clean! The breakfast delicious! I totally recommend it!

The front desk staff was very friendly. The location was perfect, rented a car from Miami in the morning, went to Keywest for the day, came back to stay at night and timed it perfectly for the next day.

Lovely hotel in ideal location. Staff friendly. Rooms clean and well furnished. Lovely dock area to watch local wildlife and feed fish. Complimentary breakfast very nice.

“Perfect place to stay with the family.”

The location was great, mid way along the keys and access to lovely restaurants, fishing and everything we needed. The breakfast was also really good with a good selection of fresh hot and cold foods to choose from. We loved the facilities at the hotel and the pool area was well kept and clean.

Blood on a bed sheet but were swapped straight away. Food service was useful. Use of washing machines for free was useful. Small seating area near sea was a nice relax. Breakfast area and food available was nice.

We loved our stay so much we extended by one more night, the location is great very close to the 7 mile bridge if you are planning to visit Key West, we loved our room, the fact we can open the balcony door and be straight out on beautiful grounds, walking distance to the pool which both our 7 and 17 year old thoroughly enjoyed it! all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, we loved the fact there was a washing machine and tumble dryer room which was super handy! (we brought our own washing capsules from home) we will not hesitate to stay here again!

“Dishonest Front Desk and Room Downgrade”

I booked a room with two beds (as shown in my Booking.com confirmation), but upon arrival, the front desk staff claimed there were no rooms with two beds available at all. Instead, I was given a single bed and told it was the best they could offer. This was misleading and disappointing, especially since the two-bed layout is clearly listed on both Booking.com and the hotel’s own website.

Nice pool area & conveniently situated near a couple of restaurants. Communal areas were nice & relaxing.

I’m extremely disappointed with this hotel. I made a one-day mistake in my booking, and despite the fact that there were plenty of rooms available (as confirmed by the front desk), the manager refused to make any adjustment or offer any flexibility. I ended up having to pay an extra €245 for a night that could have simply been rescheduled. The staff wasn’t welcoming or helpful at all. Very poor experience — I do not recommend this place due to its complete lack of understanding and customer care.
