“Beware - use a credit card for your holding deposit so you can claim your money back if needed.”
Hotel is beautiful, however they’ve scammed me out of hundreds of dollars and I can’t get hold of anyone to ask why. They took a holding deposit double what they said they would and are yet to give it back, plus two extra random charges with no explanation have come out since. Can’t get hold of anyone to even get an invoice despite using various forms of contact multiple times.

“A nightmare”
No hot water in the rooms during our stay (4 consecutive nights). Talking to other guests in the corridors, this is a recurring problem. Be sure to check the other reviews that mention this problem. In compensation: 1 night offered which in reality has NEVER refunded by the reception. Very long breakfast service! A word of advice: set up a buffet. 1-hour wait for an omelette and a coffee every time. Bad room cleanliness. Other comments also point this out. Avoid this establishment, or you will be very disappointed by the service and facilities. Ideal location (but the hotel takes advantage of it).

“Cosy resort”
Good location close to Key West. Dinner was good too. Nice pool area. Room was really spacy! Wi-Fi worked well. Room was very quiet and no noise from the busy road.

“Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel”
The location was great. The front desk staff were very friendly, we enjoyed the welcome drinks and speedy check in. The bar staff were very friendly with plenty of chat making us feel like locals .

“Excellent centrally located hotel.”
Friendly reception. We had a nice stay as a family. The hotel is centrally located on the Keys and is close to the main road. You can use a small swimming pool at the marina and there is a restaurant (haven't been there). The room was spacious and neat.
