Sunset Park Beach was the best asset of this hotel even if it is 5 minutes away (by car). We like outside pool area as well. There were some issues with the final invoice but the staff eventually solved them.

Our king bed mattress (room 244) was well past its use by date and visibly sagging before we got into it. A very over priced stay. Hotel was the only one on our tour of Florida that charges for parking.

“Great family stay.”
Convenient location by the side of a busy road, but noise not a problem. Lovely pool and outlook onto water. Great restaurant across the road and bar out the back.
