Lovely location on the waterfront. Rooms were modern and clean. Close to bus stop for lower keys shuttle bus to Key West. Upgraded our room to Marina view as we stayed for 3 nights

Very helpfull receptionist took great care of us and chat with our 14yrs daughter. Showed us around and we got perfect tip for a dinner restaurant (Porky´s famous for they BBQ ribs). The sunset by the beach pub was nice. Spacetiuos room with two queen size beds was spotless.

Young girls on reception both on arrival and in the morning were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.

I thought the room was decorated very nicely. And I appreciated the beach area on the water - lovely view and a nice place to relax. I also appreciated that, when I mentioned that our coffee maker wasn’t working, a very nice man came to fix it immediately.

Honestly, nothing. We were not able to stay at the property at all despite having a confirmed and fully prepaid reservation.

After paying more for 3 nights here than I paid for 4 nights at a hotel in Manhattan, I was certainly expecting more. I was not expecting to have to ask for daily cleaning service when it was indicated as included, and then still not getting it. I was not expecting to have to clean my own shower after arriving because it was not done and unfortunately their cleaning staff had already left. I was not expecting a view of the parking lot and to have to pay additional fees to actually have parking. Furthermore an additional resort fee to actually use any of the facilities, which was nothing to write home about in the first place. After paying an exorbitant fee to stay here! The less said about the supposed breakfast, the better. And so I can go on and on. Avoid this “resort” at all cost

“⭐ 1 star – Terrible experience, never again”

I had booked two nights (December 26–28) months in advance, fully aware that this is one of the busiest times of the year in the Florida Keys. The night before the check-in day at 8:30 PM, I received a message saying my reservation had been cancelled, with no explanation and no alternative offered. As a result, I suddenly found myself without a place to stay, during a holiday period, already traveling, and under enormous stress trying to find another accommodation at the very last minute. Prices for other hotels were between $900 and over $1000 for 2 nights, leaving me with a huge economic loss on top of the emotional stress, anxiety, and frustration caused by this situation. This is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unreliable customer service. A property that cancels confirmed bookings at the last minute, without offering any support, does not deserve anyone’s trust. Do yourself a favor — stay literally anywhere else. This place is not reliable and could easily ruin your trip
