Amazing place with beautiful views. Hospitality second to none. Daily servicing of the bins etc by a wonderful man Spyros, who was friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Close to two beach areas where can swim in clear waters and dive in from rocks. Beautiful pool. All the amenities you would need.

“An oasis of privacy”

A beautiful place (exactly as in the photos), plenty of privacy, and an absolutely gorgeous view of Turtle Island - from practically every window. The other villas are near, but it's almost impossible to see the residents. The villa is super clean, towels are changed frequently, and there are plenty of them. The pool is also cleaned regularly, the garbage is taken out daily. The kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, microwave, stove with oven, kettle, and a toaster. The hosts even took care of little things like replacing the dish sponge and tea towels during our stay! The adorable cats, especially Roxi, often accompanied us on the terrace. A taverna (closed on Mondays) and a café (closed on Tuesdays) are within walking distance. Town, shopping, and restaurants are less than a 10-minute drive away. The pebble beach is a short walk, a bit steep in places, but still manageable even in flip-flops. We can't help but mention both Xenofon and Spyros – such hospitality is rare! We felt absolutely taken care of, with great attention to every detail. Xenofon booked a boat trip for us, and contacting them was super quick and easy. Both gentlemen were incredibly kind and helpful; even arriving at night due to a flight delay wasn't a problem. All the questions were answered in no time, with tips where to go and what to see.

The villa was exactly as shown in the pictures and descriptions. The owner of the villa arranged a rental car and transportation for us. The villa also had a wonderfully helpful and nice man who booked us a table at the restaurant and even got us food one evening, Spiros was amazing! We had a perfect vacation!

The villa is beautiful, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The view is absolutely stunning and the setting feels really special. The pool is also fantastic. What really made our stay even better was how helpful everyone was – they went out of their way to help us and made everything so easy. There is a lovely taverna and a cafe very nearby and more choice of restaurants overlooking the sea in the nearby beach town. We couldn’t have asked for more and would love to come back again. Highly recommend.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Exensian Villas & Suites. From the very beginning of our booking until the day we left, we felt supported and warmly welcomed thanks to Xenofon and the incredible Spyros. The villa itself is spacious, the pool is simply amazing, and the views are unforgettable. A car is definitely needed to explore the area and to shop at Keri Beach, but the location is perfect — just a few minutes from Keri Village, and with the possibility of a beautiful boat excursion nearby. While there are only a few restaurants around, we went several times to Votsalo (only a 3-minute walk) and it was always perfect. A very special mention goes to Spyros, who helped us every day with such kindness and genuine care. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ — thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Very beautiful villa with a great view and nice and comfortable interior! The entire place is very well cared of, the pool is clean and Spyrakos is helping in every possible way to make the stay perfect!

We stayed for 10 nights and the villa was perfect! The views from the pool, the bedrooms and the balconies were amazing and although they were other villas around we were not overlooked at all due to clever positioning of the trees. The accommodation was great, spacious and true to the pictures ( but when you get there the view takes your breath away!). The villas were 20 minutes away from Zakynthos town so very easy to go there for the night out. What really made our holiday was the personal touch from Spyros and Xenofon who really went out of their way to make great restaurant recommendations and book us tables when needed, sorted out our car hire and boat trips and were there to help answer any questions that we had. Haven't had that level of attention in any other villa and for sure made our family trip extra special. I would thoroughly recommend these callas as a fantastic place to have a great time in Zakynthos.

A very pleasant stay in a beautiful villa with breathtaking views. We particularly enjoyed the many terraces, perfect for following the sun throughout the day. Xenophon (property manager) was very responsive, helpful and professional. He met all our expectations and even organised a private boat trip to discover the hidden gems of the island, with an excellent skipper, Timotheos. Xenofon also recommended an excellent local taverna where we enjoyed delicious meals. A perfect holiday - truly unforgettable and highly recommended !

World class view

We have just returned from an exceptional holiday at Exensian. The villa was beautiful, well laid out and well equipped and very clean. Even came supplied with coffee pods for the coffee maker. An abundance of clean towels for pool and showers supplied daily. The views were truly stunning. We could have stayed at the villa our entire 11 night stay because it was so relaxing but did go to the water park and a couple of boat trips. We tried a group boat excursion initially but enjoyed the private trip that Spyros organised for us far more. This brings me onto Spyros. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Exceptionally friendly and helpful. Xenofon also who greeted us when we arrived was just the same. Overall can’t fault anything about Exensian, would highly recommend.

The location of the villa is absolutely perfect. Incredible views of the island cliffs, quietly situated in a beautiful spot on Zakynthos but also walking distance to a beautiful beach (10 min walk). 2 excellent restaurants nearby too.

The villa is very private, it has excellent outdoor areas. Spiros was brilliant at arranging trips for us. He certainly made our stay comfortable. The views from the villa are stunning.
