The best part of the breakfast was seeing the host Maria - the most joyful, hospitable, kind woman ever. It really felt like we're at home visiting our grandmother rather than at a hotel in another country. The breakfast offered everything we'd usually have to start our day - eggs, salad, fruits, yogurt, coffee etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thought it's great value for money considering the location. The area is not densely crowded but has enough beach bars, restaurants and serviced beaches to keep you entertained along with huge wild beaches where you can bring your own umbrella and have nobody around in a 1km radius. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and we would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a relaxing stay close to a great sandy beach with free lounges and crystal clear water only 3 minutes away (suitable for families with kids). Also, we found some amazing wild beaches in the area with exceptional sand dunes in the background (Issos Beach - 20 mins away by car and Paralia Chalikounas - 40 mins away by car), probably some of the best beaches on the island.

Apartments are near the sea (beautiful sea with sunbeds) and there are two good restaurants nearby. Mosquito net on windows and above bed. Everyday cleaning. Nice hosts (speak German, if it is important to you, but we know only English). Good breakfast but very simple, only need to wait till it will be your turn to order (bread, eggs, salads, yoghurt, juice). Working A/C.

Small, cozy guesthouse with ten rooms, excellent location and atmosphere, close to one of the best sandy beaches on the island. All rooms offer a wonderful sea view. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows, very clean, regular cleaning. Excellent breakfast served under a very pleasant shaded terrace. Our host Poppy was very friendly and helpful- she changed our room to a larger one on arrival, opened the shop which was not yet open for us, provided free transport to the village on departure. It offers close proximity to two of the best tavernas in the area but is not a noisy place. Recommend!

We felt here very good. The location is perfect, near to beach and restaurants. The apartment was clean and we had nice view to the sea. Breakfast was enough and delicious. The host was friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Gerasimo's apartment's - we stayed in a studio apartment with a terrace and sea view. The apartment was cleaned daily and linen and towels were regularly changed. Breakfast every day was served by Irene - eggs(any style), fresh fruit and yogurt and cake. Everything was delicious. A very special thanks to our host Penelope who gave us such a warm welcome..Location of these apartments are a leisurely stroll to sandy beach with good range of tavernas nearby. There is a mini market on site. Looking forward to returning again for another chilled holiday.

Penelope was super cute. The accomodation was simple but clean and perfect. Beach was realy close 2 min. The break fast was delicious.

location, each studio has terrace with view, each room balcony with view, next door (liretally) is cosy tavern with delicious food, small store 2 m away. there is also breakfast terrace with proper roof, not fabric, so provides proper shade even during hour midday hours. is accesible whole day and you can enjoy reading or having coffee. host-penelope-helps with everything-care hire, airport pick up:) she treats you like her family.

Penelope and her helper staff were super nice and welcome. The breakfasts were great with good selection of fresh food incl. bread, fruits, vegetables, cheese, ham and eggs prepared on your own wish. The rooms were very clean and serviced every day. The location is perfect with sea side view and two great tavernas by hand. In just a few steps away you get to a very nice sand beach where you'll always find a good spot as it's kilometers long. The sea is quite shallow for good 100m from the beach and therefore it gets nicely warm and is good for kids. We totally recommend this accommodation and will probably return some time in future.

This is a cosy house with very friendly hosts in Corfu's most beautiful "secret place". Penelope's hospitality gives the feeling of being amongst old friends. Fantastic sea views, delicious personalised breakfasts, and cleanliness in the room are hallmarks of this family-run hotel (it has to be said that the other tourists on the beach could not boast the same facilities). It was a perfect two-week retreat for us away from the big bustling city. We will definitely be back again.

Location is amazing, few walking mins to the Marathias beach. The rooms are overlooking the sea which is another plus. Rooms are very clean and tidied up every day. Breakfast was one of the best we had during our different stays in Greece. Penelope was very welcoming and helpful to our different asks, which we appreciated very much. We would definitely recommend this to anyone!
