Both Nicola and Sandro are amazing hosts. We had issues with rental cars and had to take the train to get there. We arrived a lot later then expected and Nicola was waiting for us with dinner prepared. The house itself is amazing with a beautiful huge garden and a great view to the sea.

the villa Venezuela is an exceptional location: a very ample first floor apartment with terrace overlooking the seaside. it is immersed in the greenery with large park and private car parking. the apartment is super clean and it has the charme of a very old south-italy house. we did love it . we had an excellent communication with host. Alessandro's attention to the guests is remarkable. we will definitively go back next year. we recommend it without any hesitation....

“Great base for exploring Maratea and the adjacent coast”
Location was great. Beautiful views over the town and the sea. Lovely balcony facing to the west towards the sea. We cooked a couple of evening meals and everything worked satisfactorily. We found a great fishmongers in Fiumicello, a supermarket, and a nice cafe for a simple breakfast. The port is very pretty particularly at night. We stayed for 3 nights after previous 3 nights in the Pollino national park.
