“A Hidden Gem Near Verona”

What can we say about our stay at Relais Valpolicella? Simply perfect! From our wonderful host, Mario, to the beautifully decorated B&B with its tasteful design, everything was exceptional. The garden was the ideal spot to unwind by the pool, and the breakfast was delicious. We also loved watching Hugo the dog joyfully greet guests! Every detail was carefully thought out, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Mario’s local recommendations were outstanding – thanks to him, we discovered incredible wineries and restaurants in the Valpolicella region that we would never have found on our own. We truly hope to return to this special place and can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone visiting Verona.

We had an amazing stay at this charming B&B! The peaceful garden with a lovely pool made it incredibly relaxing, and the delicious breakfasts with fresh, local products (served in the garden) were a real treat. It’s also very dog-friendly, which was perfect for us. Our dog loved playing with Hugo, the adorable golden retriever, who made the place feel even more like home. Mario’s local tips were fantastic - thanks to him, we discovered incredible wineries and restaurants in the Valpolicella region we’d never have found on our own. Highly recommend - we’re already dreaming of coming back!

“Wonderful weekend with family”

I have been in this b&b 3 times already and always one of the best choice in that area. We took the room for 3 people that was great and the people are very welcoming, it is like going to find a friend.. with good wine, cozy living room and an amazing dog :) The position is perfect, just few minutes by car to many good wineries and restaurants, and you can go running in the morning and see the dawn from the top of a hill. I will come back for sure :)

“A lovely farmhouse stay amongst vineyards”

A stunning setting surrounded my vineyards but also not far from lake garda by car. Breakfast was delicious and the terrace seating was perfect for reading in the sunshine. The room was spotless! Mario was a brilliant host and provided Google lists which were so useful!

We had a delightful one-night stay at this B&B. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. We loved the friendly dogs that added a homely touch. The host was very helpful, even assisting us in reserving a restaurant for dinner. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location in the heart of the wine region Valpolicella. The owner Mario made us feel welcome already on the way to the hotel by calling and texting and afterwards he was waiting outside for us. The location is lovely, the rooms are spacious with everything you need. We loved decorations all over the house. Garden is magic, with plants, flowers and olive trees. Swimming pool is a great bonus if you want to cool off during the hot summer. Mario has two lovely dogs: Hugo and Olivia - they are so friendly and good to be around. All you need is a glass of Valpolicella wine and sit and relax :-)

Wonderful location in the heart of the wine region. The hosts Mario and Cristina made us feel welcome from the second we walked in the door. From winery recommendations, restaurant suggestions to just sharing a bottle of wine or a pizza and chatting, they are outstanding hosts. Thank you and see you again soon.

Mario and Cristina are such amazing hosts! They go above and beyond to make you feel completely at home and make your stay wonderful. The BnB is beautifully decorated and breakfast was amazing. Even though we arrived fairly late on a Sunday Mario was able to organise a local wine tasting for us which was phenomenal. We loved our stay so much that we will be heading back soon!

Absolutely stunning inn. Beautiful room, spotless housekeeping, wonderful hosts. The “honor bar” was such an amazing touch for a family run B&B, so classy and upscale. Cannot wait to return.

“perfect little nook in Valpolicella to experience traditional Italian hospitality.”

one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed in in Valpollicella. The fireplace in the common room and the snuggly dogs were what made the difference between a regular hotel booking and staying as a guest in this country house. It’s a family run business and the proprietors really took care of me.

Large and comfortable room, beautiful property in the middle of the wine region. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, breakfast in the backyard is lovely. Free public parking 20 meters from the house. We loved our stay and the two dogs at the house.

City escape; true local experience Mario and Cristina are such amazing hosts! The stay is truly relaxing and lovely. They suggest the real good stuff - from yummy restaurants to localized wine tour. If you want to visit olive oil factory they have wonderful recommendations too! Will definitely recommend this B&B to my friends! Book it!

“Friendly, relaxed, clean, comfortable. Everything you could want!”

Upon arrival: Very warm and hospitable welcome, making you feel right at home. The B&B is situated at the border of a small village, with vineyards right across the street! You park your car on the little public square right next to the building, so very close and feeling safe! The room (Camera Vigna - top floor); hardwood floors, freshly made bed, spotlessly clean bathroom, aircon, all comfort available. The room was nicely chilled by the airco upon arrival, which is very pleasant having spent the afternoon in a 33 degree heat of Verona city (recommended city, by the way!) Early drop off of the luggage is not a problem. The breakfast: superb. One of the best breakfasts we’ve enjoyed in Italy. Some bread, some fresh fruit, yoghurt, different homemade confitures, slices of cake and other typical Italian breakfast sweeteries,… Homemade cappuccino (even with soy milk if desired) was also presented with a smile! We only stayed for one night, but will definitely stay again (and longer) when we’re in the area again! That said; 10/10, would recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely delightful experience - the hosts are so helpful and accommodating! They know everything there is to know about the area, gave us some great tips on things to see - the only regret is that we only stayed for one night. Cannot recommend this beautiful spot enough!

“The best!”

We had such a fantastic time in Relais Valpolicella B&B. Mario, Christina and Michele are the best! The house is super clean, the two dogs are very sweet and the breakfast with home made cakes is great! In addition, they are very welcoming and advised us on the best restaurants and all possible activities in the area (from visiting Verona to visiting the wineries to arranging a mountainbike tour and booking the tennis court nearby). A dip in the cooling pool made it all complete. It was a dream to stay here and we can’t wait to come back! 💚🤍❤️

If you wanna experience a truly unique stay in this amazing wine region, you should try out this little gem. The hosts are wonderful and will make sure you have all the information and comfort you need, the place is built with so much care, you just wander around the house and the garden and be amazed by all the details they enrich the place with. We couldn't benefit from the pool due to the cold weather but it looked so amazing too. You cannot go wrong with this choice.
