“The stay was great after a long trip, and the staff was excellent, from the receiving to breakfast.”
We had a long delay and arrived later than communicated, but the lady that received us was very professional and accommodative despite us arriving two hours later. The breakfast service was also great.

Terrible and Unsafe Experience I booked with the option to pay upon arrival, yet I was called by someone claiming to be staff and pressured to send money to an unknown mobile number. When I refused and insisted on paying through the official system, they said it was a busy period and they preferred guests who show up with cash. They then canceled my reservation altogether. Completely unprofessional, unsafe, and unreliable. Your booking means nothing to them if someone else walks in with money. I would never trust this place again.

“Very bad two of me and my other colleague we are sick due to dat smell the one comes from their plum”
They denied us with the brakefast dat we already paid for ,and their toilet smells terrible also the basin and shower drainage pipes blocked they dined us with the refund and they promised to fix but they don't
