“Perfect little getaway for the family”

Absolutely everything. The house felt spacious, clean and perfect for our family of two young boys and pet dog. There were books, board games and a home theatre all ready for the kids to enjoy. Plus a cute bed and secured backyard for the dog. The location was walking distance to the playground, community garden, oval and THE BEACH. The owners were lovely to liaise with. We’re hoping for many more family holidays here. Thanks again for a great stay!

A great space with all the mod cons! Lots of space for the kids to run around and play. The aircon made for a very peaceful stay.

Kaia was an exceptionally comfortable house to holiday in with two families of 4. The beds were very comfortable, bedrooms were light & well ventilated, and the layout & styling of lounges/sitting areas very pleasant. The free standing bath & both bathrooms were exceptionally clean, and the linen & towels provided were crisp, white & fresh. It was special to sit in the outdoor area with lounge chairs with ample birds visiting the flowering gums & grevilleas, in spite of us having two dogs staying too. We had variable weather so we appreciated the number of lounge rooms to relax in, and the baking supplies to make cakes & treats. The dogs appreciated the attention given to their needs - dog beds, poop bags, dog bowls. They enjoyed the 6 min walk to Manyana beach past the kangaroos grazing on the oval. Tennis courts nearby for a game - take your rackets.

Spacious. Clean. Bed and lounges were comfy. Enough warm blankets if you got cold. Super comfy and relaxing home. A home away from home. Enough for 2 families where we didn’t feel on top of one another as there was plenty of separate living space. Large backyard. Walking distance to all day dog friendly beach. Located in a quiet street. Very relaxing. Not super close to shops but we didn’t need or want this. Friendly neighbors and the locals we met on our daily beach walks were lovely.

House was in immaculate condition. Clean, lots of space and my puppy even had her own bed and toy. House is located a short walk away from the beach and a 10 min drive to the stingrays. Would return again in a heartbeat.

The house was very clean and organised, and it had a great homely feel. A short distance to some of the most beautiful beaches in such a friendly neighbourhood. Hosts were exceptional and provided much more than what was expected.
