Well appointed rooms, clean, nicely furnished, had everything we needed to make breakfast or a simple meal. Good quality linen and towels. Exceptionally friendly and helpful lady who ran the establishment.

We loved this very special place to stay near Manuel Antonia. Our apartment was spotless and comfortable and staff very friendly. The pool is an oasis in beautifully planted gardens so ideal to relax around in the evening and watch the wildlife. Vernita, the manager, is amazing- so welcoming and she really helped us out with organising tickets for the National Park. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We would highly recommend Tico Tico .

Tico Tico Villas really felt like a home away from home which is something that I seldom get when travelling. The bed was comfortable with quality linen and pillows. The quiet pool area surrounded by beautiful Lush gardens and last but not least Vernita the manager is ever so helpful and welcoming..

“Fantastic place to stay in Manuel Antoni”

Room was spacious and comfy, good Aircon, good shower. Pool area was really nice and always quiet! Location was amazing, bus stop right outside the gates which takes you to Manuel or Quepos for less than 50p.

Cleaned thoroughly, nice pool area, lovely little balcony. Bathroom done to a really good spec. Comfy bed and good A/C. Most of all, the manager Vernita went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and safe as a solo female traveller!

Comfortable loft with all equipment you might need. More than enough towls even for the pool/beach. Very friendly host. Laundry service excellent.

- Bus stop right in front of the hotel, easy to get to Manuel Antonio or Quepos - The room was big and had everything I need - My absolute highlight: monkeys playing in the trees every evening - this was THE view!.. :)

Perfect, the property, location & especially Vernita the manager. She was very helpful & friendly. The pool area was so quiet & relaxing in the afternoons. Especially loved monkey madness in the trees around 5pm.

The staff was friendly and super helpful! The garden was lovely and the pool was a nice addition. The wildlife outside the door was a lovely surprise. The bus stop was very conveniently close.

Lovely place to stay. What made it even better is the amount of wildlife we saw, iguanas, parrots and about 30 squirrel monkeys on a daily basis!

“Manuel Antonio stay for two”

Everything was perfect for our week long stay .The accommodation was spotless and really well laid out, and the coffee ☕️ in the room was a very nice touch. Vernita was extremely helpful and friendly during our stay and even helped organise our trip to Manuel Antonio and our taxi to the airport. Special thanks also to Nacho as well for finding my ear pod that I had accidentally lost while around the pool area. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. To be fair, we did say to the manageress that we couldn't understand why it was only deemed a 2 star as it punches well above this.

Liked the large room with the well equipped kitchen and walk-in shower. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Also monkeys, macaws and iguanas seen regularly from the pool area. The manager, Vernita was so lovely, welcoming and helpful.
