“Brilliant small hotel in wonderful position”

The hotel is in a sensational position in the heart of Mantova. The manager, Fabiola has created a wonderful oasis that is stylish, comfortable and very well appointed. She was extremely charming and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel for its quality and value for money.

What a discovery! This small but stunning hotel is located perfectly in the midst of historic Mantua. It is bright, clean and new with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff are helpful and the breakfast is fine. The beds and incredibly comforrtable with their soft toppers, and you really could not be better located for the Mantua sights. Driving access to drop luggage was not a problem (as it is so often when one stays in the midst of the old town), and the 5 euro per day pass the hotel issues enables your car to park all day for free on any white of blue line - a fantastic and affordable alternative to expensive underground parking. Perhaps the only "gripe" was the smallish shower (in a large bathroom) and the absence of a bin by the bedroom desk. But these are nothing against the comfort and location of the place. Do stay here!

“A very good place to stay for a 2-star”

It's right in the heart of the old town of Mantua - walk out of the front door and you are pretty much in the main squares. It's about 15 min to the railway station. It is clean, comfortable with big rooms and bathroom, fridge & kettle, Breakfast is decent, by Italian standards. Friendly & helpful staff.

Modern, minimalist in a good way. Very clean, huge room, comfortable and so well placed. Good communication with the hotel before check in and they sent us directions from the train station.

Fantastic location - good size rooms - clean en-suite - really lovely staff. We really enjoyed this hotel - whilst rated 2 stars because the reception is open 8am to 7pm (although they will meet you if later) we feel the hotel deserved at least a 4 star. Highly recommend a stay here.

Buffet breakfast was really excellent and the facilities in the room; kettle, fridge, coffee machine really made the stay perfect.

The location was superb as was the lady at the front desk. We did not have breakfast with our stay, but it was so easy to find a suitable breakfast place in the piazza. The lady at the front was ever so helpful even though she didn't speak a word of English we got by with a few laughs,

Room lovely and very clean. Bottled water and fresh towels every day. Excellent location for city centre. As vegans breakfast was lovely as they catered for us to have vegan croissants and soya milk. Lovely staff. Very helpful.
