air conditioning in every room kitchen very well appointed with many appliance including electric wok for instance very clean

Very clean 2 bathrooms, great walkable spot to shops etc great aircon . Very responsive to a wifi issue, fixed so quickly. Lots of toilet paper and cooking facilities , even though we didn't cook.

The set up was brilliant for our needs. The bunk room was comfortable. The outdoor area was fabulous. The kitchen was extremely well set up. The fire was a hit, but the heating was more than suitable.

Everything about this place is beautiful- from the bedrooms, fireplace, kitchen and games room! Well appointed and a lovely walk into town - so close.

“Threatened by host, my 1st negative review”

The company, Roamly the host (Terrible ) We arrived at check-in time to be abruptly told to leave and come back because the cleaner was not finished, after a 3.5 hr drive with kids. (no apology) The cleaner had left used tampons in the ensuite rubbish bin. The outside council bins were full, and overflowing rubbish all over the front nature strip, drive way, and front entry. I messaged Roamly, who took (24hrs to reply) only after I had advised that I will be giving an honest but negative review. This was unfortunately met with a phone call from the host threatening to call the police if my family and I did not immediately leave. Followed by a response stating' it's a small town and it's the best the cleaner could do, due to peek season' no apology yet from either the cleaner or the host. Our family was understandably quite anxious on our last night, not knowing if the police would be knocking on the door. Upon vacating, we had nowhere to put our garbage due to the outside bins overflowing with the previous guests garbage. We were then charged $500 extra for leaving our garbage inside, which was extremely upsetting. I had also cut my hand on a broken key that was sicking out of a window lock, resulting in a couple drops of blood on the carpet. We were then also charged for additional cleaning due to this. Despite sending photos of the jagged key prior. Once returning home, the host's boyfriend called me at 8pm aggressively because I had understandably queried the additional charges. I regret informing them of my intentions to leave a review, as I believe this trigger what seems to be a personal retaliation. Bookings.com had fortnightly agreed that the host had breached even several of their terms. The house it's self was beautiful and comfortable otherwise. Would recommend staying there if they have a different host.

“Great location, hosts, facilities and space”

The space, facilities and location were amazing! Hosts were kind enough to let us delay check out. They supplied firewood for the fireplace, lots of utensils, towels, dryer, washing machine, etc. Close to Mansfield town and perfect accommodation when planning a snow trip as we did. Great communication by them and overall a wonderful stay.

Couldn't fault Station House in gorgeous and central Mansfield. Walked to everything in town. Loved the kitchen complete with the air fryer. Gorgeous bathroom and ensuite. Games room was a hit with the kids. Central lounge and dining room was beautiful and very comfy. Loved being able to open the windows and doors to enjoy the fresh country air.

Very clean and modern. Separate air conditioning and heating throughout each room. Has its own driveway not shared by anyone else for guests’ cars.
