“I'll never stay there again”
Rooms were semi dirty TV wasn't working well people were drinking beer and eating in the pool area there was mold in the bath tub I wouldn't let my grandkids take a bath. There was dirt by the fridge

“Didnt even get past the front desk to check in due to horrible communication and unkind or friendly”
Had 5 of my teen kids, all between 5'11 and 5'4. Indian that was hard to understand create communication gap and he was irate about all the "adults" couldnt stay 1 room. I asked about another room but he was upset and angry tone and he wasnt able to communicate kindly to resolve and a verbal argument wasnt needed so we left for our safety. Kids were going to camp at local college. We drove 7 hours to get there for sleep. Arrived approx 11pm and were tired. Thankfull Microtel treates us well and said were proud the teens were experiencing college. All we needee was rest and we could have paid for a second room but no positive communication and he became argumentative.
