“I will never stay at this hotel again and possibly no Mic”
I booked a King Suite with the choice of a bathtub or a shower located on the first floor according to the description. When I entered the hotel to check in I was met with an overwhelming smell, maybe potpourri. When told the room was located on the second floor I mentioned that the description said the room was on the first floor. The staff said 'The elevator is right there.' My travel partner walks with a walker and when we got to the second floor we found out that we had to walk to the end of the hall to get to our room. Upon entering the room we discovered that the bed was a queen size not a king size as described. The bathroom only had a bathtub and no stand alone shower as described and shown when I made the reservation. The height of the sides of the bathtub prohibited my travel partner to take a shower and I had to have my partner help me get out of the bathtub.

Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Smiles on there faces most times. Breakfast was slim picking however was good. And the juice machine was decent also. I was impressed actually. Liked that we were able to stay in the room even though we were running a little behind check out. Parking was close. And so was nearby shopping and restaurants.
