Monica and Santi were absolutely amazing! Check-in and check out were a breeze. The chef and the cleaning staff are so helpful and caring. The shower in the suite is amazing and the bath tub as well. Every time I come to Manizales, I stay at Piedras de Maní.

The staff was excellent. The hotel was clean, quiet and bright. At moments it felt like you were having the whole place for yourself while being treated as royalty.

Check in was a breeze and the attendant was so amazing. He took me on a tour of the hotel and then showed me to my room and explained everything. I've forgotten the attendants name, but he is wonderful. He took my bag down to the taxi when I departed, helped me find a close ATM, and we had a lovely conversation which will continue in July when I return with my mom. The breakfast was good and the attendants for breakfast were so kind, making sure I had everything I needed or wanted. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the drinks from the bar were as well.

Location was great. Breakfast was merely adequate. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We especially liked Monica. The facilities were very clean.

My experience when traveling in Colombia normally is most people are extremely friendly and helpful compared to Europe or the U.S. But the service I´ve gotten here was more than perfect. I felt like a first class guest. - It´s like the people offer you a service you´ve thought about but not even opened you mouth yet. It´s a bit away from the main street, so it´s at night and even at daytime no noise at all, and it was the only hotel I´ve been in Colombia where I could sleep without noise protection for the ears and without a face mask. An electronic driven curtain which protects from all outside light is in the room. The kitchen offers breakfast included and a small restaurant with supper and lunch - as the prepare it or a la carte - both is recommend form my side! If I would be in Manizales again, I would definitely book again! - Price is fine, as well for the kitchen/food.

“Great hotel for a short stay”

Great hotel in a really good, safe neighbourhood - supermarket, restaurants and bars in abundance. The walk into the historic centre takes 30 mins. Staff are excellent.
