“Relax before going to the next flight”
First of all, thank you for accommodating our booking so late at night. We had a terrible experience at the airport, due to my disability and for no explanation, I was denied boarding the flight. I quickly booked a room. I was rushing to attend the conference in Rabat the next day, and it was a very challenging time for me. The hospitality and clean hotel, nicely equipped bathroom, cool staff, everything worked top notch, these guys, without knowing, brought us the sense that humanity still exists on this planet. You may not even be aware of how much you helped me. The room was nice and big, good value for money, and within walking distance of the airport (10 minutes). The Internet worked well. I booked the new flight as soon as I got to the room. And wonderful staff altogether. Not sure whether you are aware how much your kindness helped me, I am so grateful for that.
