“I was scammed and lost money and time. Neither the Booking platform nor the host will have any pena”
The room was booked at 11PM and paid at the same time. This house is an apartment, so you need to get a room number if you want to move in. To obtain the room number, you can only contact the landlord. Because the Booking platform will not display the room number, and the host cannot be contacted anyway. So I didn't check in in the end because I couldn't check in, but the money paid will not be refunded. In other words, this is a deception. Both the platform and the landlord deceived me. The problem with Booking is that if I can’t check in at 11PM, why can I find a room, choose a time, and pay for it? The problem for the landlord was that there was no way to contact him, but he still got paid. So never book an apartment.
