“Everything you need! Especially for a little family. 💯”

Everything! From the amenities, the rooms, the spaces, the laundry and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, attention to detail and that everything works. Rubbish collected day and night. 3 toilets and 2 bedrooms. The Master bedrooms was spacious too. Really perfect for a small family. Beds and comforter were comfy! Checkin was a breeze. Instructions were clear. Host responsive.

The hosts had provided easy to understand instructions that made the check-in, stay and check-out run smoothly. My partner and child werent able to consume the booking due to a family emergency. But the hosts were very understanding of the situation, although a refund is no longer applicable (which is totally OK with us), they had allowed our relatives to stay in place of our absences. My relatives were really happy with the accommodation, they had praises on how the appliances and furniture in the apt are well maintained and at the top brands. It felt like home and it didnt feel like a mere apartment for rental. And to this, we will definitely book in again next year when we visit home.

- The location is just the best! In the modern part of Manila, clean, with many choice of restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs. It is animated all the time, but we don’t hear any noise from the flat. - the flat is just like in the pictures, clean and well equipped. Two bathrooms/showers, very convenient.

Alexander was a pleasure to deal with. Great host, great communication. Lovely and accommodating. Very good location, everything we needed close by. Beautiful apartment with washer and dryer. Comfortable and spacious. Good value and I would stay here again.

“A perfect stay.”

This property is centrally located in the best location in Manila - Bonifacio Global City, in my opinion. It has all the facilities (pool & gym) and amenities (coffee maker, washing machine/dryer) that you expect and much more. It is very clean and well equipped from shampoo to Netflix. We were a family of 5 & we had lots of space to hang out and chill. There are so many restaurants to choose from that you’ll be spoilt for choice & it’s so convenient to have a supermarket across the street, 7-eleven down the street and shopping centre around the corner & across the road. There’s so much to see and do in the evenings, too. But what really sets this place apart is the attention to details and great communication& ++ the extra mile the property owner went for us and we really appreciated his generosity and assistance in helping us out & extended our stay, this is why this place gets our 10/10. I would highly recommend this property & would come back again. And this property has a wonderful view :)

The guards are a bit too busy with their smartphones instead of assisting the visitors.

Unit had everything we needed. Internet was very good and the beds were comfortable to stay in. Location is also topnotch - in between two great malls with lots of restaurants and Landers is literally the next-door building.

I like everything about this place, location is superb and staffs are friendly and professionals. Cafes, shops, clubs and heaps of restaurants are nearby. It is exactly what i thought it will be.Landers was a bonus too. The host are very helpful and accommodating.. We extended our stay and wish there were more availabilities.. We wiill definitely come back and stay at this place if ever we come back. Thank you Joan and Alex!
