“The perfect hotel to extend your vacation with some luxury, I personally stayed here for three nights”

The kindest staff ever! They were always there and happy to help me no matter what I needed. (Especially the staff on the rooftop made my stay so special) When I got here, they let me check in early, and when I left, they took care of my luggage so I could be by the pool while waiting for my flight🥰 the food here is also amazing, both the dinner options and breakfast. If you’re looking for something different to eat, there is also a lot of restaurants a short walk from the hotel to the mall🤩

The whole stay was great. Check in & chrck out were quick. The room was nice, comfortable and clean.

Overnight stay and walking distance from Terminal 3, which was very handy. Hotel is beautifully appointed and the room was large, and clean with a very comfortable bed. Great rooftop pool and fantastic breakfast with a great selection of both traditional Japanese and western selections. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel for short or long stays.

“Wonderful Japanese Style Stay”

Everything. I love the Hinoki-Yu room. I've enjoyed the pool, the fitness centre and the health club. Staff are friendly and accommodating especially Maricar and BJ who assisted my spouse and I during breakfast.

Check-in was smooth thanks to a friendly receptionist, and late check-out was graciously granted. The Japanese-inspired design feels clean, masculine, and timeless. The deluxe room is surprisingly spacious with a chic sitting area and pristine finishes.

I checked in late so I was given a late checkout by Ken who greatly assisted me from check in, to parking tickets, and even during check-out. I tried the in room dining and the Adobo and salmon miso was so good. Loved the wooden tub of course.

Will definitely come back. Unforgettable experience.

“An Oasis of Japanese Elegance in Manila: A Perfect Stay at Hotel Okura Manila”

I stayed at Hotel Okura Manila at the end of July and had an outstanding experience. The location is perfect—just steps from NAIA Terminal 3 and directly connected to Newport Mall and the casino. The hotel itself is elegant, with a stunning lobby and beautifully designed rooms. My Hinoki-yu Room with a cypress bathtub was unique and very relaxing. Comfort is excellent: spacious bathroom, Nespresso, smart TV, and strong Wi-Fi. Facilities like the rooftop pool, fitness center, and sauna make the stay even more enjoyable. Dining was also a highlight—refined Japanese cuisine at Yamazato, a relaxing breakfast at Yawaragi, and a great atmosphere at the Sora rooftop bar. A perfect blend of Japanese hospitality and modern luxury. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return!

I would like to express my disappointment with my recent stay, especially considering the rate of $350 per night. When paying such an amount at a luxury hotel, one expects all advertised facilities to be fully functional and the experience to match the standard of a premium property. Unfortunately, this was not the case. When I attempted to take a shower, the floor began to flood due to a blocked drain. I then tried to use the Japanese bath, but discovered that the tap was damaged — only about 50% of the water was flowing into the bath while the rest spilled onto the floor. As a last resort, I attempted to fill the bath using the shower head, but that too was impossible as the water diverter switch was missing, clearly damaged some time ago. While I appreciate the front desk staff apologizing for the inconvenience, such issues are unacceptable in a hotel of this caliber. I paid for a luxury experience, but unfortunately received something far below expectations. Regrettably, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The breakfast spread is massive! A lot of choices available for even the mist finicky eater there is! The staffs are attentive on the needs of the guests and I appreciate it [which is expected in every 5-star hotel!] that they remove the used plates right away. I always have eggs on my brekky and Hotel Okura Breakfast staffs deliver!!!!My daughter and I enjoyed our 2 breakfasts during our stay. Our room is also big for 2 paxes each with a 30-kilo luggage. The bathroom and its amenities are complete. To compensate the absence of towels, Kevin from the Front Desk have someone sent us a Dark chocolate bar, banana crisps and a bottle of white wine. And, I'm pleased that we were allowed a Late Check-out sans fee when I requested it knowing that our flight to Sydney is only at 10ish in the evening. Nevertheless, Hotel Okura is still a fine hotel which I will recommend and I'll certainly come back here. Hoping next time, everything will be better and Front Dsek or the Housekeeping Manager must check the room first before releasing it to Front Desk for the next Incoming guest/s.

The breakfast, the food itself was quite.heavy handed on the seasoning. It.was overly salty for me.and my family.and we are not picky or healthy food eaters.

“Eye catching and aesthetically pleasing lobby and rooms but hard miss on food”

I loved the overall aesthetic of the hotel, well that's the reason why my partner and I decided to check-in anyway. We obviously booked the room with a Japanese tub (ofuro), and it met our expectations. Beds were actually comfortable.
