“Amazing little apartment with a beautiful view”

It’s really quite amazing to have your own little apartment with a beautiful view over the city for such a low price. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The location is very convenient with lots of shops and restaurants and even a supermarket next door.

“cockroaches”

There are cockroaches everywhere, the bathroom is tiny and smelly. Also the AC is not good. Minimal level and still loud and strong. How can other reviews be legit?

“Stayed for convenience”

Location of property is central, lots of restos, grocery is downstairs; everything is within reach, stay is convenient

The location was great. It had its own little mini mall so didn't have to venture far. Room is small which is fine for 2. If you don't like heights I'd suggest staying lower down as this was on the 28th floor which was perfect for watching the new years eve fire works across the city. Awesome view. Host was extremely helpful.

“Home away from home!”

Home away from home! We loved our stay here. Ryan, the host, was amazing and maintained communication the whole time we were there. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy some home comforts for a couple of days. The mall close by has everything you need including laundry, a supermarket, restaurants etc. We felt super safe in the building. Everything was comfortable, great wifi. No issues at all! Would highly recommend.

The location in Makati is perfect and the apartment itself provides everything you need, has a good shower and comfortable beds. Communication with the host was excellent. Also, the views from the apartment are quite impressive and we especially liked that the host, Ryan, let us stay until 3pm without extra charge.

Great facilities and the host Ryan was very responsive to all our questions. Parking was organized for us that made my brothers stay very easy.

The room + sleeping area was just fine for me - a small person traveling alone. The view was great, having the mall next door was also really great. The cozy apt was well equipped, bed comfortable and communications with the host excellent - he was superfast to give good instructions when needed. I do not usually recommend anything, but I really like this apt and would go back.

Frankly this is a beautiful and comfortable place. I slept so well. I could washed my clothes there is a washing machine in the bathroom Beautiful view on Manilla as it is at the 28th floor.

The unit was well equipped generally of basic needs for anyone staying away from home or on holiday.Ideal for those coming from abroad if they don't have a place in Manila. It offered the most comfortable beds and pillows,provided soft Egyptian towels and all bathroom essentials. It is Cozy and has a homely welcoming feel to it. Shower and free WiFi were fantastic Ryan the owner, seemed very nice, replies quickly to queries, humble and welcoming. Instructions to access the unit is straightforward with clear house rules. I highly recommend this place based on so many factors it offers like reasonable price, comfort and convenience, equipments and toiletries provided high level of safety and security, location and accessibility. Hotel staff and guards are helpful, friendly and polite. Unless you suffer from fear of heights and claustrophobia like long elevator rides, it is one of the best place to book. It also has a terrace view of the whole city, oblivious of all the traffic noises. I go back to the Philippines every 2-3 months and despite of my issues, I will still be happy to stay in Cozy Condo if available. My sister and niece who stayed with me, loved the place, admitted to have the best rest and sleep and rated it 10/10.

Ryan is an amazing host, very professional, super friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and cosy, great location too, I stayed a total of 15 days, very comfortable.
